Mine will be a year old in July. Still enjoying the ride. Mine left me stranded 3 hours from home, late October. Cost me 700 bucks to tow it back. Ended up being an electrical cable that came unplugged. That was under warranty. They didn't cover my tow, however. All in all I'm happy with mine. Did some suspension upgrades on mine and added cruise control. Be safe!
@@ChipMitchell I paid for it too, I have ADAC, which is the German version of AAA. Well, they didn't tell me it didn't cover three wheeled vehicles. 2 or 4 wheels not 3.... Dumb, but lesson learned.
Another good video Chip.. FYI: my bike is all black as well with a few red & white accents and I love it, I have Basically the same mods as you with a few extras, I would say take a look at the shield that goes underneath the Ryker to help protect some of your internals just in case you run over something or bottom out.. I’ve been on a few group rides larges group rides with about 30 riders or more even though I enjoyed it but man you need to keep your head on a swivel not only for the cars but for other riders weaving in and out, it was fun but I’ll leave it for the younger riders.. 5-10 riders is enough for me. Lmao. Well my brother keep doing what you’re doing and safe travels 👊🏾
Thanks for sharing your experience ---- I do want to add the shield for the bottom and a new grill. Also I want to add the Ryker Lic Plate for the back --- This Bike makes you want to spend some MONEY.
Hi, i am looking at a Ryker 900 ace, i like the black color verry much but i want to be seen by other drivers and because of that i think i would go for a bright color but i love the black and i do think it looks like a batmobile. Great video and info man
I have been trying to decide on a Ryker or a Spyder F3.... I am being dragged to the Ryker due to the super cool looks of the machine and the best part is that it is thousands of dollars less than a Spyder. And there are so many aftermarket parts for the Ryker, it's very tempting. I'm old and don't want to spend a lot on the ride... but I do want to ride long distances, so there is that issue in the equation. Cheers!
Chip you had me bite the bullet an pick up a Ryker Rally! Love what you did, quick question though, what kind of horn did you buy because it sounds perfect! Thanks for the inspiration man.
Question, is that an EZ pass holder on the front of your bike? If it is, how do you install, would you have to drill holes int he bike to attach the EZ Pass holder?
I always Hated rykers..but l love yours..😊lve seen some rykers that look ridiculous..looks like a disco at night..over done graphics..stickers..look like a clown bike...yours is tastfully done.
I am with you on the factory look. Too old to be doing all them colors.
Looking good. Best upgrades; back-rest and floorboards...game changer.

Yeah I get it ----- Long rides the Spyder is better --- But I love my Ryker
I only drive 10miles a day. Really considering trading in my 05 RAV4 for one of these

Enjoy the ride --- The horn is an easy upgrade from slingmods
You can never go wrong with plastidip. Change the color anytime you want
True...that's what I'm thinking
Nice video. Where did you get your fog lights from and where did you get your grips from as well? Thanks
Thanks...I got everything from slingmods
You sound like a radio announcer. I can tell your a minister
Lol

Yes it is --- I went the simple way and use velcro strip to hold it on --- Never had an issue
@@ChipMitchell thanks for answering my question. Where did you get it from?
How about ...any throuble codes or VSS faults or limp modes??
Not one
Are u planning on putting music on
Not yet -- I have music in my helmet through Blue Tooth
