Buying call/Put is what most of retail traders do.. future has its own advantage, its delta always stays 1 and is unaffected by VIX but ATM call/put option with delta 0.5 will vary with underlying movement and VIX and its extrinsic time value will get eroded ..
So buying future with put buy as hedge is not same as call buy.. for beginner it is ok to say.. but for advanced traders it is not same..

sir again thanks both of you, observation: at 24:26 market upar gaya toh 48800 ce jo 200 rupay ka sell he woh loss badhta jayega agar out of the money call (jo200 me sell he) in the money me convert hua toh situation ???? yeh kam nahin karta he better Delta neutral/ Delta hedging karke @ IV ke baare mein batayenge yaa aur kuchh alag strategy batayenge toh sab log ko labh hoga and iss video me aapne psycology part / FII move / specially Market ko dena kitna he or specifying the loss ke topic ke upar awesome discussion thha. 🙏
