John 1:1-3 In the natural world how do words come about? Somebody has to speak. In John 1, the prominence of the Word is obvious, but let's not ignore the source from whence it came. Obviously It came from the FATHER. In the beginning was the Son and the was with His FATHER and the Son was as much God as his FATHER. THE FATHER is the source, the Son is HIS Word. HE spoke and it was done, HE commanded and it stood fast. The Word of the FATHER, which is the Son, accomplished the work.
The Holy Spirit is the Medium through which THE FATHER empowers HIS Son. All THREE, THE FATHER, HIS Voice and his Breath may be considered one entity, FATHER, Son and Holy Spirit. As such is the mystery of GOD, HE can be whatever HE chooses to be.
