The ae92 has a long gear that’s why it’s slow you can change the gear settings 2md gear to 90km and adjust the rest or just straight up turbo it and I think you can keep the stock transmission or stock gear
The corolla sounds great and I have a ice blue run x rsi 16valve and it's the best car ever built and speed wise it's great and sounds excellent and is really fun to drive

You have written wrong information regarding the engines of the cars. The meter of 2009 Corolla showed it to be 1.3L but you've mentioned 1.8L. similarly the 2000 Corolla came with 1.5 or 1.6L but you've written 1.8L
I bought a 2009 Corolla base model. Before I had a 98 rav (same engine I believe) but thought it would have the same speed. Nope 98 runs and go faster. I am surprised.

@@philenchymsejour8018 i havent done any mods as i dont have the funds atm but i got $20 sequential side indicators from ebay if you count that. I want to upgrade the rear swaybar and get a front strut brace then get coilovers, brakes, bushes and front suspension upgrades. Then once handling and brakes have been done i want to get a cold air intake and port the intake manifold and get a custom exhaust. After that ill think about resprays etc but this is just end goal stuff now
