Is there any tutorial for arms movement? or should i use my arms freely?

it's also a hobby for me, and just a good workout i can do at home. My 'rule of thumb' for arm movement is move each arm with the opposite foot, just like you would if you are walking. otherwise, your arms move naturally to help keep your balance, and you'll feel that out depending on the movement. for small steps I alternate R-arm/L-foot & L-arm/R-foot, but some bigger ones you'll naturally flare them out a lot more

Overall i love this video and have added it to my normal workout videos playlist already, BUT i'd love it if you had music playing the whole time so that even between each dance i can keep it moving to a beat
#4 - Popcorn, needed to be slowed down more or give a slightly better explanation on how to do it
I like that you separate #9 & #10 because it would've been too difficult to catch it all in one go
