Man, that was refreshing. Kinda agree with almost all of the perspectives. I would add, as an entrepreneurship enthusiast and co-founder: 1. Mixed marketing and unconventional ideas. 2. Marketing courses for the whole team, their social media presence can uplift the company and also generate future champions. 3. I think a CEO position is a full-time job, but I can understand the CEO being also head of marketing. 4. Equity for employees as a 5-7 year plan is a great idea. Thank you so much, guys.
Most companies don't know what the F aquisition is or how to design for it. I designed the aquisition system for Lyft that beat Uber to IPO and I'm constantly surprised by how bad VC-funded systems are 😂
