Hello I'm building a wall on an acer land and the workers charged me 16 000 000 leones for just digging 2 feet and laying the blocks and another 8 000 000 for blocks and I think I was ripped off any advice on dealing with workers back home.
1 acer is a lot of land, but regardless I believe that you should be able to bargin because that price is a bit too much. Is it a Virgin land that's so difficult to dig? because 16 millions just yo dig is a bit too much.
Yes Bros… they really over charged you. Today is November 25/21. Am currently doing a fence on the land at Lumley. They changed 4 million Leones. They don’t understand that life abroad is not easy. The overpricing is what frustrates me
@@maekay842 it a very easy flat land to dig and they still haven't finish putting the wall up it so frustrating and I don't want to go home just because of a wall. But thank you for advice
Hello, I also own a 5 ton lot in Freetown and am thinking about building a fence. I noticed you said you used 5500 blocks, could you tell me and estimate in Leones please?
Workmanship for 1 block was le1000 now le1500. 125 bags of cement, roughly about 4-5 trip sand. 1 bag of cement =20 blocks 1 double trip sand plus 50 bags cement=1000 blocks. I'm not a builder, this was just what was given to me by my previous builder.
Hello, I'm about to start fencing a two town lot. I was given 3800 blocks estimate and a Le10 million workmanship fee. Any advice? I feel like that amount of blocks is too much.
Does anyone know any building merchants in Hamilton area that is decent price? Pls forward any details of builders, carpenters electricians etc. Thank you in advance
Just a quick question please how many iron rods did you use for the fences please?
Do you know the cost of a sliding fence in Freetown as of today?
As of right now no, we paid about 12million for our gate after constant negotiations. I believe it should be a little bit more expensive.
Lots of blocks when is coming to fencing .
I'm tell you sis
Yes, we used about 5500 blocks to fence a 5 tan lot
@@maekay842 hello dear how much did 5500 blocks cost you please?

As per the estimate we were given, we needed 4000 blocks for 5 tan lot. We ended us using a bit more than 4500 blocks due to some issues.
