Making Deadpool Shin Guards from EVA foam

I make Deadpool Shin Guards from EVA foam.
For the base of the Guards I used 6mm EVA foam
The outer trim pieces I used 2mm EVA foam
Supplies I used:
EVA Foam: TNT Cosplay Supply
Barge All Purpose Cement
Dap Kwik Seal
After Heat sealing the foam I then primed the Shins with:
Plasti Dip
Then 2 coats of Rust-Olleum Paint!

Hi, how did you install the zippers, did you use some special glue or something?

I used Barge Cement the same way I used it to glue 2 pieces of foam together. It holds real well!

Did you measure your calves first before doing the shin guards?

I did. I printed the template and cut it out of paper first, then adjusted to fit my calves by retracing and making it larger on paper first

I ordered them from TNT Cosplay Supply. The sheets come in 24x60 sheets.

William Denizard I just used a HP printer. Had it for years (at least 4 or 5) so any normal printer will work. Just have to piece them together with tape then trace em to the foam!

I left a link in my comment section but I had to do a lot of extra cutting to make them fit my shins. You may have to do the same.
