The pam8610 generates 15w of power. If the speaker becomes 4ohms. ✓15×4=7.75v, your speaker is 120w. ✓120×4=21.9v. So your speaker needs 21.9v to be able to give 120w power. 21.9÷7.75=2.83.~3. your speaker can produce a volume of 1/3 of the maximum volume they can deliver. 20w speaker can make louder with pam8610

Nice build, just wondering why you only connected the speaker to one channel(right channel) you can just bridge the amp by connecting the ground wire to - on channel 1(left) and plus wire to + channel 2(right) making you use both channels as 1 mono channel
