In 32 years i have done 1 stainless roof. Somehow it ended up rusting. One of the most difficult roofs to install. It will wear out snips quick, and hard to bend. I would much rather copper.

Stainless steel comes in a variety of different grades. If it's made from 304 stainless it will not rust.
