Is it must that ac compressor operates on FL or it keeps varying based on ambient temperature?…as my new one rarely touch FL mostly it will be in the range of 40 to 60…
It keeps varying, meaning in order to achieve that set mark (let, say you set it to 22°C) temp. the "%" indicates how much energy consumption your air conditioner is doing to cool your room down to that set mark. Like suppose your A.C. is running for a long period of time & you have almost achieved your set temp. & suddenly few people enter that room (before it was 40%), then "that %" will increase automatically (after 72%) - increasing it's tonnage (a unit of measurement used to describe the cooling capacity of an air conditioner) to cool down the room quickly. Hope, it helps & "FL" (or) " - - " symbols are mark of mis-accurate info.

It's absolutely fine! An inverter AC's compressor and outdoor fan may continue to operate at a low speed after reaching the set temperature, which can make it seem like the unit is turning on and off. This is because the compressor's speed is adjusted to maintain less cooling when the room temperature is slightly higher than the desired temperature.

The outdoor unit i.e compressor and fan switches off totally when the ac temperature matches room temperature and neither work in slow speed too which is feature of inverter ac..the outdoor unit starts again i.e fan starts moving when temperature rises inside room..Is it ok of compressor getting totally cut off

Daikin ACs are by default - Convertible ACs & have modes that turn down the cooling capacity from 100 per cent to 80, 60 or 40 per cent. They adjust their motor rotation as per requirement automatically without any human interventions, resulting in less power consumption than standard inverter ACs. "%" indicates the same - press & hold "Display key" for 3 secs. for 3 times to check it.

Yes a stabilizer is required...
If there is major voltage fluctuations in your area then only stabilizers are needed orelse, it is not a mandatory item to have or to have it installed. Thanks in advance.
Stabilizer is already inbuilt in Daikin AC, there is no need for additional external stabilizer.

Dada last saturday daikin ac installation done. The outer unit is fixed on the balcony just the outer wall of the room. Now the fan sound of the outdoor unit comes .Technician tells that first 20 min ac tries to cool down the room temperature as you desired so the sound of the fan will come after that it will be gone but that partly true. Please suggest what i shall do.

My AC was installed yesterday by the Tempest technician (Daikin authorised). Most of the technicians are stupid and have no knowledge. There only moto is how to extract money from the customers by charging them extra false items. Now to your question: There will be a humming sound of the fan in ODU when the compressor is engaged to cool the room. When the room temperature is achieved the fan speed will automatically reduce and will run on very slow speed with low noise.

Well the only solution to the sound of the outdoor unit is to attach rubber stands underneath on all 4 legs . It will solve the problem a lot.

No, Daikin doesn't provide any instruction manuals (or) warranty cards inside the box. If you don't get it, then it's a normal thing - we also didn't get those inside the box. Please subscribe us for more!
You can see QR code on the indoor unit, scan the QR for warranty card and manual book. There is no physical manual/warranty card in daikin to save the paper.

Yes you can switch off the display but that single led green light stays on but u can reduce the brightness

Difference between FTKM and MTKM models?
Sir, FTKM is available both via offline & online mode, but MTKM on the other hand is only an online variant/model that Daikin sells specifically via Amazon/Flipkart. MTKM has a matte finish textured front body, whereas FTKM has a glossy texture. These are the major differences between these two models, rest both are specification wise same/similar. Water pipe , outdoor stand aur wrapping tape alag se kharidna parega?
Yes. Water pipe - Rs 30/ feet, wrapping tape- Rs 200/ pc (1pc =9/10 mts, which is enough for one installation), outdoor stand- Rs 750 (500 for stand & 250 for labour). These are the standard charges of Daikin.

I will say, both of these brands' ACs are really superb in terms of cooling performance. You can go with any brands' ACs i.e. among these two you mentioned. Daikin ACs are known for their powerful cooling capabilities and energy efficiency. They are best for large spaces or frequent usage. Panasonic ACs, on the other hand, use inverter technology, which lowers the consumption of energy and noise levels. He added that both of these ACs have a lot to offer. It's upto you now!

Daikin's annual maintenance contract (AMC) plan starts at Rs 3,000 for routine maintenance, but the actual cost depends on how well the units are operating. Daikin also offers a one-year AMC plan that covers all parts and part replacement labor costs.

You won't need a stabilizer in these type of ACs, especially Daikin. I personally don't use any of them, for my ACs. Daikin inverter ACs generally do not need stabilizers as they include inverter technology. This feature efficiently regulates power consumption and copes with voltage fluctuations. The inverter compressor adjusts its speed according to the cooling demand, reducing strain on the electrical system.
Generally, V-Guard stabilizers are used to protect the AC from voltage spikes and drops. A stabilizer with a wide voltage range, around 130-300 V, can help safeguard the appliance from electrical fluctuations. Some air conditioners also come with built-in stabilizer systems that can control voltage variations within a certain range. For example, a Daikin inverter AC may have an automatic safety off button that activates if the voltage swings outside of a range of 160-264 V.

bhai apka ac kitna time leta hai cool karne me from 33 to 24 jab room temperature 33 ho during day time ?
The cooling down of a room highly depends on the capacity of the AC. People use 1 ton AC for big rooms and it is obvious that it takes longer to get it cooled. On an average an AC takes about 15 to 20mins to cool a room. In case of a 1.5 ton AC, the cooling time remains within 35 to 45 minutes. In our case it takes approx. one & a half hours. No. You need to purchase the 3 core cable from the installer. Mostly they'll charge Rs 50-60 per feet. You will be requiring around 15-20 feet of that cable depending upon the distance.

Yes, they did the vacuuming part also, after installing the outdoor unit & making the final copper pipe's connections with it's indoor unit, to remove dust, small/fine copper particles that may be present inside the pipes when they are cut & rubbed, i.e. before making the final connections. LG ACs stand "no chance" near Daikin ACs whether be it - in terms of cooling capacity, tonnage ratio, electricity consumption, etc. - & this is a true fact. LG can beat Daikin only in terms of looks, that don't even matter to an user who is more concerned about performance & productivity. Also, Daikin provides true 1.5 ton capacity that no other ACs in it's segment or in the market is able to provide to their customers. Solution - A) Here's how to reset a Daikin air conditioner remote:-
1.) Find the On/Off button on the remote
2.) Press and hold the button for about two seconds
3.) Press the On/Off button once to stop the AC operation
4.) Press the On/Off button again to start the AC operation again
5.) Wait for the AC to restart, indicating a successful reset of both the remote control and the AC unit.
Solution - B) Change AC remote battery.
Solution - C) Register a complain at DAIKIN customer care for a remote replacement - free of cost if under warranty. (Toll Free - 1860 180 3900)

Bro I recently purchased the panasonic Ac 1.5 ton 5 star 2024 model. I would suggest you to buy that as it offers many smart features and it's good too. I suggest you kindly compare both Ac's and then make a decision. For me the panasonic Ac is working good it chills the room in less than 2 mins with the temperature set to 24...I am using my Ac on 24-26 which is enough as it's cooling is good

Not required, as sometimes if not installed properly, it creates unnecessary issues. Thanks & do subscribe us for more videos! Also, all A.C. technicians are not very much well trained to install stabilizers, creating unnecessary chaos. These ones come with auto stabilization technology in-built. Daikin inverter ACs generally do not need stabilizers as they include inverter technology. This feature efficiently regulates power consumption and copes with voltage fluctuations. The inverter compressor adjusts its speed according to the cooling demand, reducing strain on the electrical system.

Do you recommend FTKF50?
Sir, I personally recommend FTKM [or] JTKJ - 1.5 ton, 5-star series models as they are the most sellable ones right now in the AC market that Daikin produces (true 1.5 ton models). FTKF50 is also a good series from Daikin brand but, in most offline stores it is not readily available. Better to go for FTKM series that is the most hot-selling items.

@The_Destroyer_01 Sir, in case of the first installation it is better to book an installation request with Daikin, itself. But, to be honest only LG & a few new brands that use to send their own technicians wearing brand's uniform while, others send local franchise technicians, hence there is no major difference between your local technicians & those franchise technicians. But, still if you book an installation request via Daikin then you have a questionable point to accuse the company in case the product is faulty - identified during installation.
Actually, I gave my technician's phone number as in some areas Daikin services are not readily available, hence that's the main reason & sometimes people have to wait a long period of time to get an appointment during rush seasons. During those times people don't care if they are installing it via company's technicians or not. As, at last all are humans. Gratitude for your support of my channel. Your video is very good. Your guidance to everyone in the comment is also very supportive and responsible. My query is how to reduce this installation charge - Flipkart shows 1770/- for installation and will be done by Flipkart or jeeves guys... Now spare parts extra i think it will go up to 3k. Please help me in reducing this charge :(
Flipkart just books an order for your AC's installation with some of the company's franchises when you add installation along with your order. That in return will inform the franchise's technicians to get it/the AC installed at your convenience. Another way is to directly book an installation with the company by generating a installation request, which hardly will cost you the same. To reduce cost you can get it installed via local technicians too/Urban Company. The pricing of the accessories like extra pipes & all those stuffs may vary & on the other hand for ex. for the water pipe company charges a huge amount as compared to the local technicians.
Do one thing get it installed via company's technician for the first time. The one & only way to save money is to cost cut the price of the water drainage pipe that costs a huge amount if company's technicians install it. You can roughly estimate the length & buy it from the local market, that will cost much less, & don't allow them to cut the water pipe if it's extra. (Ex.) - You bought a pipe of 5m length & you needed 3.5m the the rest of it's length keep it as it is don't allow them to cut it, they can try to convince you to remove it but, you won't do that. This particular Daikin model i.e. the FTKM series costed me around Rs. 46,000/- (Bajaj Finance - EMI options are also there too i.e. additional Rs. 2,000/- as processing charge [or] via HDFC Credit Cards - extra 2% is added with the final price in case of credit cards only).
Exterior unit mounting stands are additional i.e. around Rs. 800/- to Rs. 900/- + additional water pipes, tapes as per running feet rate set by company (varies) as per your requirement. But, the interesting part is that you can bargain with them for a free stand that is also possible. Installation charge is additional around Rs. 750/- to Rs. 800/-. It's hard to tell whether the model has a 2024 manufacturing month or not, it can be an older item as well, ask the shopkeeper to tell the month of it's manufacturing. Accept it only if manufactured in 2024 (any month) or most lately Nov or Dec, 2023. If manufactured before than that, don't accept as it will be a too old item.

It's very much hard to tell. Daikin PCBs are very well designed/properly manufactured & hence, have a long backup time & won't get damaged easily, depends on usage, weather conditions, etc. too as well. Standard warranty is limited to repair/replacement of any part of the unit found defective within 12 months from the date of sale. Parts covered include compressor, fan motor and PCB.
