GTA IV please🥹 The injuries are much more life-like!
Definitely should check out GTA IV and the 3D era's GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas (Original, not definitive!)
GTA IV has some insane vehicle and melee injuries my personal favourites being through the Windscreen and Ragdoll off of bikes.
GTA III has a shotgun that can blow people's heads off, Vice City is the original Chainsaw massacre inspired by the scene from Scarface and San Andreas has a stealth attack with the knife that sees the protagonist stab enemies in the neck to silently kill them.
Away from GTA another game that had a kill condition system is The Godfather. There you will see things like the Garrote Wire, electrocution, burnt alive, hit with a flame torch, lead pipe and much more.

Just like in real life, wearing the helmet is the difference between life and death, as a motorcycle accident in this game is much more likely to be survivable if you have the helmet on
Also like real life, you'll probably still be badly hurt, but that's better than guaranteed death

Thank you so much for releasing another GTA 5 video! They’re some of my favorite things for doctors to react to, especially since all the people in there get into crazy accidents, but can still get up and walk away like nothing happened.😂 That’s the best part of GTA for me, watching someone fly out of a car and then get right back up like nothing happened.😂

No matter what your channel is great! Just hearing it from an expert watching random video games or even South Park episodes or so my most favorite things I can watch on your channel so far. And that’s the only reason why I subscribe to your channel! The thing about train injuries is that the wheels are very hot from constant contact. I heard an train engineer tell stories about suicides that step in front of trains and the aftermath looks like pinch of sausage links because the train presses and burns as it separates parts.
Here's another idea for a video game to react to; Madworld. An M-Rated game where a lot of bodily injuries and death happens.

You should react to workout fails. Stuff like bicep tears, passing out while lifting, and more would be fun for you to explain after seeing it.
I would be interested in seeing a video like this about injuries in the single player story.
Like for example:
When Michael gets attacked by Martin Madrazo.
When Trevor attacks Johnny Klebitz.
When Trevor interrogates Kerimov for the FIB.
When Chop attacks D.

I was hit by a pickup truck once. I was only lucky to get hit by the mirror of it but the force still sent me into the ground giving me whiplash and a broken right clavicle.
I nearly got hit by a pickup truck mirror in a high school parking lot. I was very lucky that the speeding driver missed me

If you think some of these are brutal look at the cerebral bore from the turok franchise. It’s like the worst way to die in gaming history. A little saw digs into the persons skull and they are conscious but can’t move the whole time, then it explodes inside the skull. So gorey yet so satisfying lol

How long could you even survive if you rupture your spleen?
Literally know a guy who was hit by a train and live....twice! He was a heroin addict, nodded out on the track. First time he was in the hospital for over a year. 2nd time it happened he was in the hospital for a long time then had to live in a rehab facility to learn how to walk again and all that jazz. Dude is like in his 70's and still doing drugs.
chainsaw injuries are horrifying. i was on a jobsite as an electrician when a landscaper cut himself with one and it was chaos because almost everyone was panicking. someone called 911 and i had to corral the customers dogs back inside the house and activate the manual override on the driveway gate to allow the police and emt in. the customer had just left for a meeting and i did not have a gate remote or code.

It does not, but your limbs can be fixed or removed if must, but not the head.
When I was getting licence for a small moped, they showed what sliding along asphalt did to a helmet. The helmet was grinded through

With the helmet thing, the game does actually put one on if you wait a few seconds, though how the character manages to pull one out their bum like they do, that's a whole other issue... :P
In gta online you can change a setting in interaction menu so you will put on a motorcycle helmet automatically, two down sides. 1. you need to have bought a motorcycle helmet, unlike from gta story mode. 2. Once you have the setting on, ride a motorcycle you have to wait some few seconds until he/her/it puts his/her/it helmet on
How about GTA IV injuries? I prefer IV over V for story mode any day of the week!

You can wear helmets in gta 5 but you have to enable it in the settings and most people don't

We had a guy at work who decided to start sawing logs with a chainsaw for the first time. As a result, the saw bounced off, grazed the leg. People, if you have no experience or education, please do not touch chainsaws, etc. Bogdan (that guy) was very lucky that we had a car that took him to the hospital quickly, and the boss had the education needed for first aid, otherwise he would have been left without a leg or life. I apologize for my English

Fun fact about GTA: there’s a Dark Easter Egg that when you at the mountain at night and stand on the special part of the mountain you can see a Ghost (there’s actually a lot of Creepy Easterggs in GTA and not just in Fifth one either, like in GTA 4 there’s a Giant Beating Heart chained in The Statue of Liberty🗽, I wish I made that up)

I’ve recently came across your channel while looking at 1000 ways to die videos, I love how laid back yet serious you are in your videos. I’m not sure if anybody’s requested this but, I’d like to see you react to the medical scene in Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.
It’s a comedy movie that came out in 2004, it’s about two friends going through one hell of a night to get to a place called White Castle no matter what happened. It has some very funny scenes and one of them is where Harold and Kumar are disguised as doctors to get medical weed, they’re in the operating room which shows a guy who got shot.

I worked as a turn marshall and the AMA superbike riders had to wear full face helmet and a racing leather suit like from Vansons and all the PPE stuff in leather ,and even had back protectors like a plastic spine in between the leather suit and their back
