This video is excellent work. I've been looking for videos of properties near the lake; for weeks; and the truth is that it is tiring to watch so many videos; There comes a time when it is confusing. And now that I found this video by chance I felt a great relief; because it shows an overview of the investment and property options that a buyer or investor can find now. Show complete, concrete and relevant information on 50 properties in just 25 minutes ! Bravo ! And thanks ! I sincerely believe that the issue of the distance between a property and the lake shore is an excellent aspect to consider when the buyer is interested in practicing any of the water activities mentioned in the video. Personally I love all the water activities that the video mentions. I also loved hearing the information in English with that pleasant Mexican accent well accompanied by Mozart. Congratulations on your work. I hope you continue with your channel. I'm going to recommend it.

Wow! What a rest to see in a single 25-minute video the information on 50 houses for sale organized according to the distance each one has from the nearest shore of the lake. Of course it is a topic of interest for those who like aquatic activities. And in general for those who like to take advantage of the lake, see and hear it up close and not just behind a window or from a balcony. It is another experience to be close and it is really relaxing to listen to the waves of a lake. And although I do not practice any of these activities or water sports; This video does answer a question I was asking myself when looking for houses for sale near the lake Chapala. Well, for me, I was not interested in a property completely on the shore of the lake because of the issue of mosquitoes and other insect fauna that is normal to find when you are so close to the shore of a lake or river. However, of course I am interested in having easy and close access to the lake, since I would like to go hiking, walk my dogs in front of the lake; without having to go by car. Your video is very useful. And I coincide with other comments that say that it is evident that these are videos that have involved a lot of work. Of course I already subscribed in your channel.

Thank you very much for making these videos. Without a doubt, a great help for those of us looking for options for investment or retirement locations in Mexico. All the aquatic activities you mention in the video are inspiring. Of course, those of us who like one or more of these activities find it very useful to know the distance a property has from the nearest shore of the lake. Truly an excellent piece of research, as you even took the time to verify that the closest shore allowed access to people and means of transportation. I congratulate you widely and I plan to recommend you to my friends who are also looking for investment options in Mexico. 👏❤

It is true that not all the shores of a lake are at the level of what would be a beach where a person can enter the lake by walking. And as this video says: restricted access on certain shores of the lake is sometimes due to a legal prohibition and sometimes due to the physical conditions of the place. I know the shores of all the towns west of the lake that this video mentions; and it is true that there are some towns where there is no beach; There is a boardwalk but people cannot walk into the lake. Some of the towns that I remember do not have a beach are Jocotepec; It has a boardwalk but the depth of the lake shore on that side is deep. And some towns that I remember that do have a beach that allows “walking” access to the lake are the cities of Chapala and San Cristobal. On the beach of this last town, by the way, you can still hear the waves of the lake all day; since fortunately there is still not so much ambient noise from restaurants or businesses in front of the lake shore. Very nice beach, still “virgin”, that of San Cristobal.

It is true what the video says, that Lake Chapala was called “the Chapala sea” (in spanish: "el mar chapálico") for some time; because of the type of waves it had; I think in the first half of the last century. At least that's what I heard and read in some historical report about Lake Chapala. By the way, I loved your video. I wasn't looking for properties to buy in that area; but I enjoyed your video; and I am going to recommend it to foreign friends who want to retire in Mexico and have asked me about house prices on Lake Chapala.

I think this video has a lot of work behind it; and it is made by experts. Personally, I would be interested in motivating you to carry out more market studies on other aspects of properties in Lake Chapala. I sent you an email with some specific questions about other characteristics of the properties that as an investor I would like to know about in a market study. I would be interested in having your professional service advice from experts in market research on the Chapala lake. Thank you very much for your complete and professional work. Congratulations ! And as we say in France when we wish someone good luck “casse-toi une jambe”.

Thank you very much for your videos. I consider them to be documentary-style videos; very professional and well done. I like properties near the sea or a lake but not next to the water. And I always ask myself that question about the distance of a property from the shore of the sea or lake (by walking, bicycle or car). I know how to do that search on Internet; But having to do that work yourself on every property you find attractive on agency websites: it's a bit of a tiring job. With your videos it is a pleasure to choose. Honestly, they are videos that must have taken MANY HOURS OF WORK. I wish you much success. I am already a new follower of your channel. I will recommend your chanel. God bless you. 👏👏

I write my opinion only to highlight the aesthetic side of this video, which is that, despite being a video whose main objective seems to be to provide economic information for buyers and sellers of the real estate market in Mexico; (as it could be anywhere in the world); However, it has an aesthetic side (understanding aesthetics as the art of inspiring questions that question the viewer's unquestionable truths). That aesthetic aspect in this video is reduced to two fragments of seconds: the first is in the words from 01:30 min. - 01:42 min. when the announcer says "...o simply watch the sunrise or sunset, while listening to the pacifying sound of the waves". The second is the video clip from 17:08 min. -17:16 min. that shows us documentary evidence of the real image and sound of the waves of Lake Chapala. The aesthetic aspect of this two clips lies in the fact that this last clip is introduced just at the end of the (edited) piece of Serenade No. 13 for strings in G major by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Piece frequently known as "Little nocturnal serenade". Then, at the end of the small night serenade, we see that clip with the audio of the pacifying waves in Lake Chapala and with the image of a bird with white plumage flying on the horizon from left to right; This trajectory suggests (in Western language that we read from left to right) that after a "small nocturnal serenade" the continuation of life and day emerges in the movement of the waves and in the movement of flight. And it is right here where the aesthetic aspect of this video arises; Well, after seeing it, I wondered: how many buyers of a property on Lake Chapala are interested or motivated not only to SEE the lake behind the window (as could be done on the couch at home in front of a television screen); but also (or maybe above all) are they motivated to SEE and HEAR the lake and nature up close? It is true that having a property with a lake view can have a cost that represents a luxury or a treasure for many; But how many times a day are we aware that the simple fact of HAVING the faculty/physical capacity to SEE and HEAR is an INDIVIDUAL and PERSONAL TREASURE? And even more: how many times a day are we aware that that pacifying sound of the waves of a natural lake - like Lake Chapala - is a COLLECTIVE and INTERPERSONAL TREASURE? And even more: What does these waves tell us from Chapala lake? At least the video manages to say something about it: it calls the lake the “chapalic sea”, it refers to a wave similar to that of the sea; then, seeing the current swell, rather “gentle” or perhaps “tired”; I wonder: what else does the lake want to tell us with its now soft and tenuous waves? And this is the true aesthetic aspect of the video: it invites us to think of the “waves” as the voice of a “voiceless” character in the media world of sales and real estate capital; and this character is, without a doubt: the Chapala Lake, representing another character frequently silenced and mistreated by the world of real estate investments, which is, Nature... By the way, I already signed up for this channel. I'll love to see what other interesting aesthetic messages I can found into your future documental videos.
