Hello sir the outer most for loop should be closed after count++ then it will give correct output . You have close it at last. This thing will print all the numbers between min and max.

If we don't specify any data type before main( ) , int will be considered as default data type. so we must use return 0 at end of main( ) because if program is successfully executed c program returns 0. Sir but when I declared count =0 in int, i couldnt get the answer. Why is that? We declare flag =0 in int and still get the answer for finding if a number is prime or not.
