Walking Around Jamestown NY, Washington St to Downtown, w/ Beautiful Churches & Library, March 2023

Out for a springtime walk in Jamestown NY again, this time starting on lower Washington Street and heading over the hill towards the heart of Downtown. We go past the Beautiful St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the St. Luke's Episcopal Church, as well as our fantastic Prendergast Library, the Tew Mansion, and a monument commemorating Jamestown's important role in the Underground Railroad. We end our journey on this day at the Winter Garden Plaza, at the site of the former Winter Garden Movie Theater. This is a clip from a much longer video that I shot on this chilly early-spring afternoon, but the full thing will take me a while to put together because I’m still just learning about video editing.
