#fleet
They have managed to improve a lot in the last 2 years. I too check it out every once in a while to see what's improved. But I'm glad that they are keeping it in preview instead of shipping a broken product.
Curious to see how it improves further. Has a lot of potential for sure.
If you rename (F2) a tag in VSCode, it'll change the end tag as well.
To Open the terminal in jetbrains fleet, i think you can press CTRL and `
well, i have tried fleet out for a bit but the first problem i ran into is that i dunno how to add a run configuration!! but i still do like the IDE because i really like the simplicity
i'm coding using Kotlin and i don't know how to add a run config because all the different things i did didn't work
C# santa content is always fun
I found it and test it a bit month ago. It is really fast with clean intuitive UI, but I got some strange bugs with debugger ( on nodejs) when it crashed during examining deeply nested jsons and then the debugger didn't work until I close and start Fleet again. Also I haven't found any convenient way to run mocha tests with debugger.
Rider is truly amazing just saying
It is
What’s wrong with the terminal in VS? Works fine for me. What is missing?
it works fine until it doesn't
replace cmd.exe or powershell with git bash, terminal in visual studio will behave better. but this is not visual studio's fault.
I'm waiting for styled-component support and US Intl keyboard and I fully switch !
i hate that c++ does not really work for me, can't make a c++ project
Light years from even a simple nvim config
How is this editor similar to my ex? They both consume more resources than they should and don't get the job done.

Топовая борода, Антоха😁😁😅
Зима нада как-то согреватся))
Dead on arrival product
You running on a potato? 😂. Switching between solution and files is almost instantaneous in vs and code (perhaps it might be longer on bigger projects)
Regardless, love the videos, keep em coming!
I’ve upgraded from potato to microwave this year!
my humble opinion: nvim > vscode > notepad++ > fleet
the heck? nvim is not nearly any good compare to vscode out of the box.. im saying this after use nvim for 2 years.. yes you can do a lot with nvim, but have fun configuring it with broken plugin here and there.. no thx.. vscode with noevim plugin in the best
I would say nvim >>> vscode >> fleet
VsCode>>>>>>>>>>>>>>everything else
nvim is for people that have nothing else to do with their lives. Besides, vim is unnecessarily hard, try helix instead.
Yeah, notepad++ is still a pleasure to use, opening and editing files > 100MB is a breeze
Two years, still far behind vscode.
