However, they do include a fireplace in their basement floor plan. They also claimed to be very flexible with their designs and can integrate designs from different house models. Indeed they are flexible but the flexibility comes with a price tag so any other builders can do the same. Check out more builders. Buyer beware applies to all builders. Don’t just take their words on face value but make sure in black and white. Showhomes are usually not for sale unless builders decide to sell. Builders do have quick possessions if you want to buy something new that already build. However, quick possessions don’t have the upgrades like they have in a showhome.
