Working with them for pasr ten years thats how i know. They dont make food from scratch like asians do. They exchange gifts see their families but the are not used to cooking for alot of people they stock ready made meals mostly and thats what they serve. Their omly few senior citizens who actually cook meals from scratch. I have studies with them worked with them and have friends.

And few more problem. So she need to go to gym for weight loss. If sister Amaya in any vlog tell us best exercise for weight loss. She can only do that. Because she also go to pure gym. Same machine every gym. She is very shy. And no female personal trainer available at the moment. Thanks
