Varun has to be one of the best minds in the business. His intellect is unmatched. The way he explained how violence is taken into practice makes so much sense. Loved the moment when Abhay said that recently he was able to bring his mom to live in Mumbai n everybody just cheered at that, shows how we crave for our families when we are far from them. I was super happy at Aparshakti mentioning that scene where they hide behind a bangle shop. What a brilliant and nuanced writing. My own two bits on portraying problematic behaviour on screen is that yes Art should be free from the burden of society but sadly in a country like ours, it's important that we foresee the repercussion of what is been showed on screen and not glamorise chauvinism or misogyny. All in all a very wholesome conversation. Loved it. Thank you Nikhil 🤗
The actors on the round table are so so emotionally intellectually mature and most importantly so connected to their inner world. These are the kind of men I want to be surrounded by,the safe boys, the poookieesss. Also beautiful questions were asked…mostly inerviews consist of questions on actors but asking the collective questions on cinema and society and feminism masculinity was a beautiful initiative. Nikhil sir feels like the bear every girl used to dream of having because his energy is so warm and loving…he is perfect exam of pookie and safe man😭❤️Also as someone who is allot into dramatics and theatre and interested in performing arts watching this interview really helped me to know about the actors perspectives. The teenage advice was beautiful and Abhay being my fav never misses out on articulating his feelings in the right manner…i loved his example of the father and two sons. Varun Grover sir feels like that brother who always pulls your leg but when you’re in difficult situation he’ll be the first one to help and motivate you. Loved the interview and also amazing work done by the editor hemantttt❤️✨
I love how Jaideep Ahlawat said that his happiest moment was 'bhaat bharna' for his bhanja .. if you love your siblings it's a really huge moment otherwise just a ritual
1. Great appreciation to the host, huge respect. 2. And whoever has decided the guests deserves appreciation too. 3. And for all of us that we are making right people famous and appreciating their art. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

"Be a man yaar!" is such an amazing concept in today's era...when people are wasting time in pointless gender battles, this platform talks about meaningful conversations around substantial social concepts. All your talks and this round table is surely going to bring about a necessary perspective shift. Thank you, Nikhil sir, for this!
When the interviewer asked about the best things that happened for you in 2024, I literally thought Varun Grover sir is going to repeat that line "Par Ayodhya haar gayi" 💀
but the anchor made uncomfortable moment for all of them many time and tried his best to bring a type of movie to bad light ...stree stree karra isne but ye bhool gya usi stree movie me an item number is kept where a girl is used as an object or as eye pleasure and those men are dancing and running behind her ....

When the interviewer asked your best moments of 2024, the really great ones did it talk about their movies making 100 crores or whatever profits they could have spoken about which actually brought them to the round table, I loved how they spoke about the little joys of life, the everyday experiences that make us all human and a collectivity - the bhaat, riding a bicycle like a free man, having a child and recovering from a disruptive ailment. Those are priceless ❤
the happiness and smile aparshakti had on his face while singing really shows how haapy he is about is and how much he enjoys genuine pride like a child

Such a meaningful and necessary conversation. Loved the whole roundtable. I would love to add a perspective here, as people mentioned here that cinema samaaj se banta h, samaaj cinema se nahi or 140 crore ka zimma cinema pr ni daalna chaiye, aap ye bataiye, agar chingaari already hai kahi toh aap usme ghee nahi daalenge, isme do raaye nahi hoengi from a sane human's perspective. Usi tarah se jaisa jaydeep sir ne kaha ki insan me pehle se inspiration thi, aag thi to do something wrong use bas bahana chaiye tha toh aise insaan ko movie dekhni hi ni chaiye, ye baat ek ideal world me sahi ho sakti hai lekin, agar logically or practically dekha jaaye toh ek insaan jiske pass education nahi hai or films ya koi b dusra visual artform hi maadhyam hai duniya ko dekhne ka (which is the sad reality we live in, the population of such people is higher than we know) use aap kaise kahenge ki tum movies hi mat dekho, also to add to this, jaisa ki video me bola ki choosing is a privilege, exactly my point ki it is good if you turned out to be empathetic, sahi galat me farak pta chala or sahi ko choose krpaaye lekin ye privilege har insan k pass nahi. This is a very subtle way of shrugging off the responsibility which comes with the power of holding the mic. Jaisa ki varun grover sir ne kaha ki mere pass kyunki abhi mic hai mai bolunga or log sunenge kyunki art ek aisa madhyam hai jo sabse zyada impactful hai. Visual art has more power than any other art. History me bhi art ka ek bada important role raha hai jiske evidences bhi hai. Art k ander kranti laane ki poori capability hai. ART HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD AND IT IS PROVEN.
Agree with you, thank you for this passionate comment 👏👏. I believe in art's power to change the world too.. that's why we have such conversations at Yuvaa ;)
@@tanejamainhoonThanks for having these conversations, please keep continuing it, the world needs more of this to balance whatever is happening currently. More power to you for exercising the full potential of your forum.
Yeah totally agree with you. Everyone love appreciation and fame but nobody want to take responsibility it's both films act as a medium to represent society and it impact a lot. U can't deny that fact.
@@shubhangipiplani1809 I can understand where you're coming from and I agree that chosing what you wanna imitate from cinema is a privilege. I also agree that ours is a country where the moral compass of majority of the masses is towards the wrong side of center but you need to understand that there is hardly anyone who ONLY sees the outside world through the prism of cinema and visual art forms even in this sad real world of ours. Yes there is poverty unemployment and so to say lack of education but majority of the masses in this country still just see cinema as a form of recreation,if visual art forms would have impacted masses in an impactful way, we would have more NRIs coming back to India after Swades, a genuine swipe against corruption after Lage Raho Munna Bhai, a country full of independent women and empathetic men after Queen and overwhelming increment in the applications of UPSC after 12th fail. This is the PRACTICALITY of the situation actually. Something more you need to understand that no doubt art is a very impactful medium. But Art also is Art; it's neutral to morality. ART WILL LOSE ITS TRUE ESSENCE IF ITS BOUND TO BE REPRESENTED ONLY A CERTAIN WAY. Which is why we shouldn't burden creators or actors with the moral responsibility of making only moral cinema. This is not shrugging off responsibility but it is actually staying true to the true essence of the art form that is cinema.
Love to watch writers perspective and thoughts... Till today bollywood have glamour only actors and so audience had worshipped them... But seeing writers personal thoughts and perspectives..just watching them is peaceful different and more engaging...varun Grover 🎉🔥
Jaydeep sir said a really great thing that quite literally translates to 'art imitates life'. What a new perspective that was already within me but needed to resurface
Very rarely i comment but i paused the video and now writing this for abhay man he is the most Calm , intelligent and has too much clarity by his age about the thing.the way he explained about toxic masculinity thing was appreciabled
Always loves to hear the insightful conversation. Varun is just on another level. Wish you had asked him about what went through his mind while writing gangs of Wasseypur songs.
Watching Jaideep Ahlawat doing embroidery and making a gift for his wife in "Three Of Us" such a lovely moment for me. Masculinity on screen needs such a perspective also.
It is very reassuring to see a roundtable like this, knowing some films are going to be more worth watching, and kinder. I watch all the episodes, Nikhil, and love how you help people be their most genuine versions. Also the number of women in your team! Wah!!
Varun and Ali's Intelectuallity Jaideep's rawness Sparsh and Abhay's different/new perspectives Aparshaktis' balanced approach You need to have different type of mindsets to have a beautiful conversation. A perfect roundtable.
Waiting for the release and finally it is here. Fantastic, fantastic guests. Just loved it. Bahut acche acche conversation huye. Is panel ki tarah har women ke life mein friend, partner, parent hone chahiye . Lovely.
Such a wholesome video yaaar. Mazza aagayaa and I regret not knowing about all the amazing work they are talking about. Such a soothing vibe this video has. Kudos to you!
Loved the hypocrisy of actors like Aparshakti who just recently attended a roundtable praising the movie "Animal". Especially loved how all the actors successfully 'acted' like pookies in case a MeToo allegation ever pops up in the future. So just like Varun Grover who wrote for feminist movies like Gangs of Wasseypur and Sacred Games, let me also put the counter point to the video in the comment itself. Watch the video below Actors share their views on 'Animal' | Arshad | Arjun | Nawazuddin | Manoj | Aditya | Aparshakti th-cam.com/video/13TEKA0gl5Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=HvR4vY0Je-IsX0je PS: Let's hope that We Are Yuvaa which pretends to be liberal ACTUALLY stand up for free speech and NOT delete this comment
So I watch a reel in insta about this show that all my favorite star cast in one show talking a lots of stuff like that then I came immediately in you tube and I search the show and I watched the whole video it was really amazing my all favorite star cast talking about masculinity and lots of movie point of view so it was really great 👍
I'm so happy while writing this and all the credit goes to Nikhil ♥ I tried really very hard to find the correct words but everything seems small🛐 #BeAManYaar is the best thing i watched this year as a woman it made me a better person its not only shaping one specific gender but also shaping us (woman). I'm so grateful to you nikhil and the team♥ can't thankyou enough You guys are superstar🌟and this roundtable is such a heavenly thing to watch ✨💛
Thank you Rachna, this means the world to me and the team :). Thank you for supporting the show, I hope you liked what we put together in season 3 next year!
Firstly the panel. Is so interesting... Secondly host never overlapping.. And the most important thing is they talked about Animal... And yes that film was never required
While I agree that Art should not be the only thing to inspire you, unfortunately we live in a time and place where if Salman Khan adopts a hairstyle in Tere Naam, we all do. We are influenced by cinema and we do get inspired, so it should be an onus on filmmakers on how they use it. Show violence but show the repercussions too. Agar Ramayana dekh kar inspire nahi hue to Animal dekh kar kyon? To answer that, it takes a lot of internal effort to do one small good by heart and just a small push to do something bad.
For sure man this helps so much to understand art and thinking of the actors , directors like what they think and in what perspective they are making films ..
Jaideep sir,,we too did a bhaaat bharayee this year,,something I cherished all year..seeing kids born in front of u getting married is a next level happiness
Thank you Nikhil for bringing such a wonderful panel together. And best wishes for your break hope it enriches you and bring out the best in you (having said that man you are the most humble interviewer and already one of the best persons i watch).
Abhay Verma's explanation about Animal was on point. He is new but not scared about expressing his opinion strongly. Jaideep Ahlawat answered beautifully about 'cinema and society' and I think Nikhil was trying (a little bit) to softly push everyone to talk negative about a movie like Animal.
Lovely time it was... Thanks for making all these perspectives available to us... My teenage is finished but I'm still learning how to be a good human (and man too), so it will be great to answer the questions raised in this round-table for our own being
To the guys who are in this video and to the guys who’s seen this video and finds it beautiful, from all of us women- we thankyou for existing and giving us hope for the world to be a better place❤
First of all... everyone is looking damn good..and everyone's point of view on various topic showed different perspective...and i think even after having different logic and thinking everyone is right...and i genuinely love it.

@@shubhangipiplani1809 Thank you so much!! :)
37:25 Jaideep Ahlawat you have all my heart
1:03:21 I learn one thing from this interview which is “ye duniya 15 saal me khatam ho jayegi”😂
VARUN GROVER IS A WHOLE MOOD LOVE IT😭😭😭😂😂😂
Jaydeep sir said a really great thing that quite literally translates to 'art imitates life'. What a new perspective that was already within me but needed to resurface
I really wish to see more men like these on such platforms as these men are truly inspirational for our youth
Very rarely i comment but i paused the video and now writing this for abhay man he is the most Calm , intelligent and has too much clarity by his age about the thing.the way he explained about toxic masculinity thing was appreciabled
I could watch these conversations for several hours. Really look up to this show, good work. Great panel and everyone added value✨️
Thank you so much for your kind words to the conversation and show, so grateful that you watch it regularly :)
You will reject guys like him in real life
"Hum cinema samaaj se banate hai, samaaj nahi banta hai cinema se" Jaideep Ahlawat 37:25
It is very reassuring to see a roundtable like this, knowing some films are going to be more worth watching, and kinder. I watch all the episodes, Nikhil, and love how you help people be their most genuine versions. Also the number of women in your team! Wah!!
Thank you Usha, this means so much to me :)
Jaideep Ahlawat saying the word 'pookie' was not on my 2024 bingo card.
Varun and Ali's Intelectuallity
Jaideep's rawness
Sparsh and Abhay's different/new perspectives
Aparshaktis' balanced approach
You need to have different type of mindsets to have a beautiful conversation.
A perfect roundtable.
It's beautiful to see all men appreciate and celebrate each other's talents. Their humility is beautiful to see. ❤❤
Women reject such men in real life
After a long time, I finally shaw something which you can call insightful. Thanks
Thank you so much, so glad you liked it :)
What a brilliant brilliant panel!!! And loved to hear every single one
@29:30 What a great point regarding writers defending their work ! Great work Varun ❤
Waiting for the release and finally it is here. Fantastic, fantastic guests. Just loved it. Bahut acche acche conversation huye. Is panel ki tarah har women ke life mein friend, partner, parent hone chahiye . Lovely.
Such a beautiful comment, thank you ❤️
Such a wholesome video yaaar. Mazza aagayaa and I regret not knowing about all the amazing work they are talking about. Such a soothing vibe this video has. Kudos to you!
Best roundtable of this year. And one of the best among all till now.
This panel shows what good men actually are
Loved the hypocrisy of actors like Aparshakti who just recently attended a roundtable praising the movie "Animal". Especially loved how all the actors successfully 'acted' like pookies in case a MeToo allegation ever pops up in the future. So just like Varun Grover who wrote for feminist movies like Gangs of Wasseypur and Sacred Games, let me also put the counter point to the video in the comment itself. Watch the video below
Actors share their views on 'Animal' | Arshad | Arjun | Nawazuddin | Manoj | Aditya | Aparshakti

PS: Let's hope that We Are Yuvaa which pretends to be liberal ACTUALLY stand up for free speech and NOT delete this comment
Lol men like them will be rejected by girls being so simply and weak . Girls like toxic guys like rajat dalal
It was so amazing.... Loved every second of it❤❤
Best roundtable ever! Proper conversations and authentic answers 🎉
We need more podcast like these- Great work and much appreciation to the host 🎉
Thank you friend :)
@tanejamainhoon Eagerly waiting for the season 3 🌟🌻
What an amazing episode!!! ✨💗 I saw the whole episode without skipping🤩 and This is comes out when such mind-blowing personalities sit together. ❤️🙌✨
absolutely amazing, loved varun's part the best ki mujhe ek baat kehni aur mai chaahta hoon hamaari duniyaa bane.
Watching them.... Is a treat for mind and soul
So well said 👏🏼👏🏼
Best line "mere khayal se duniya 15 saal me khatam ho jayegi 😂😂" Varun is gem 💎
Until I go to acting school actors roundtable is my film school
Bro i hope you become a great director ❤
@@Love-ob5fp ❤❤❤
For sure man this helps so much to understand art and thinking of the actors , directors like what they think and in what perspective they are making films ..
It's the same for me
All the best I know you'll do great
Same bro. I can relate. I don't miss any. Manifesting this career as passion
The panel, just wow❤
Apaar man he is so articulate and agreed with all of his points❤❤
It's so sweet to see the elder men with their wisdom and their insight on their missed out dreams
REASON I STILL root for Bollywood are people like this still exist …. ❤
Jaideep sir,,we too did a bhaaat bharayee this year,,something I cherished all year..seeing kids born in front of u getting married is a next level happiness
Loved this conversation..
This is real roundtable
Now this is called a pure roundtable. Hats off to the team where Art meets with classy intellectual
Thank you Nikhil for bringing such a wonderful panel together.
And best wishes for your break hope it enriches you and bring out the best in you (having said that man you are the most humble interviewer and already one of the best persons i watch).
Thank you so much 🥹🥹
love how thoughtfully abhay wore pink !
What a genuine talk happened with mature thinking. Fun podcast. Thank you for this.
"Kudiye ni" on loop since 5 YEARS ❤
varun grover is a gem❤
Simply put content that will give you pure happiness. And shout out for Vinay Shukla & While We watched. Must watch film
Loved the questions and all these guys! Well done for asking the actual important questions.
What Varun sir said about the counter-point being in the film itself is so very correct. Had never thought about it
I can't tell you how good I felt while watching this video. This video really felt like a safe space ❤
This is such a kind and generous comment, thank you Rushita!
37:28 best answer by Jaideep sir👌👌
Lovely time it was... Thanks for making all these perspectives available to us... My teenage is finished but I'm still learning how to be a good human (and man too), so it will be great to answer the questions raised in this round-table for our own being
To the guys who are in this video and to the guys who’s seen this video and finds it beautiful, from all of us women- we thankyou for existing and giving us hope for the world to be a better place❤
Thanks didi your comment made by day 😊
You women will reject guys like us
27:44 Ali Fazal, bro! Calm down or I'll have to fall in love with you. Such incisive vision!❤
Loved the conversation. It is always a treat to listen to Varun.
absolutely wonderful gathering. I am a big fan of each and everyone of these gems
Damn man now this is a panel every person interesting and you want to listen too and varun grover is just 😂😂😂😂
