I want to assemble this the night before our party but I will need to transport it to where the party will be. Would you suggest trying to assemble it completely or in sections and attach the sections at our site?

Hello. I do have a question when im doing a circle backdrop like this one and im putting my balloons on it mine dont go on so easily theres always a tight look to them if that makes since. My balloons dont just turn so easily when being placed. How can i fix that?
