This precise shot at 10:25 is actually the best of all to me. Feels weird you didn’t talk about it at all because the weather is naturally splitting the photo in two cinematic ways to make one tortured whole. Or is it just me ?

Hey, I just was laying in my bed and thinking 'bout that creative block I have for a couple of months. Randomly decided to clicked on your video appeared in my feed.
I rarely watch videos to the end, especially when they are about photos. Your story about the trip, particularly the moments where you get up at five in the morning for shots, impressed me so much that I didn't even notice how the video ended. I caught your courage and recalled again why I started taking photos.
Damn! I even wrote a whole comment. Many thanks to you! Keep it real, it's very catchy.

Loved this video, thank you for posting. I grew up in coastal Georgia so this took me back. I'd love it if you would show print scans and straight film scans side by side in a video - curious what the differences are and when you prefer to do one versus the other.

    Wow. Beautifully shot!
I’m originally from northern Germany, but drove from New York to Miami with my girlfriend years ago and spent a couple of days in the Outer Banks on the way - more or less by coincidence. Loved it there, such a unique vibe, also in the off season (was around this time of year).

Wooow what a trip Willem! Two photos in particular that I love are the shot of the little houses with the ducks in the foreground (09:04), the ducks add such a sweet and kind of funny subject to the photo. And at 12:00 that photo of the sunrise is amazing. I think the less dramatic nature of it and the overall kind of soft look make for such a wonderfully peaceful impression of the moment. Thanks for sharing these parts of the trip on the channel :)

Another amazing journey in a very picturesque venue that can be difficult to capture because of the transience of the superimposition of light, water and clouds.
Years ago I went to the outer banks with my girlfriend. We camped to save money. In the morning there were two GIANT mosquitoes on the screen door of the tent. One of them said to the other “Should we eat them here, or drag them down to the swamp?” The second one responded “No, let’s eat them here. If we take them to the swamp the BIG guys will take them from us.” Hope you had a great time!
