SC and ECP donot have equal status un der the constitution .The decisions of the SC are binding on all institutions .

الیکشن کمیشن مادر پدر آزاد نہیں ہے سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ سپریم ہے
الیکشن کمیشن خودمختار ہے مگر اس کو کس نے ایجازت دی ہے وہ جیتے ہوئے مینڈیٹ کو دوسرے کے جھولی میں ڈال دے اور فارم 45 کی حقیقی اور بنیادی نتیجی کو تبدیل کرکے فارم 47 میں ہارے ہوئے لوگوں کو جتوائے۔

جس طرح سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان ھے اسی طرح الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان ھے سپریم کورٹ کے جج الیکشن کمیشن کو ڈکٹیٹ نہیں کر سکتے ۔۔
Nai kar sakte toh adalato may kis cheez ki defend karne gai te, it's only a constitution idhare but not a court , agar independent hai toh toh phir court kay dicision par recounting q karwate hai
