My Looi isn't connecting to the service since yesterday December 31st after 9:30PM Eastern Daylight Time USA. Still today same issues. Tried reset, tried everything and all Looi does when he tries to respond to my voice is display question marks ??? on the Top Right of the Screen.
Well, to me it started writing in chinese... but after I re-installed him he worked fine, but sometimes he gets weird again and dropps lines in chinese...
@@philliphaubrock1521 Indeed. At times it types stuff in chinese. Today the service came back briefly and was gone again around 9:40 EDT today. Maybe they are working on something? Am not so happy not being able to chat with it...
