I love the Forrest Green color of this bike. So many bikes are either white, black, or gray and I for one really appreciate any variety in offered colors.
Why are these fat bike tires labelled as 26 inches in diameter when the actual diameter is closer to 28.5 inches? Doesn't that difference make the displayed speed inaccurate unless the user has changed the wheel size in the bike's display/computer? My Kenda tires are labelled as 26x4 inches with an inside diameter of about 21 inches and an outside diameter of 28.5 inches.
Great videos! Quick question - do you have to go through the programming setup every time you ride the bike - for the higher speed setting - or once you set it once - it’s set for life?
The Velotric web site states the weight of the high step is 71 pounds. In the review you stated the bike weighs 85 pounds. Can you please explain why there is such a difference with the bike you tested from what’s stated by the manufacturer. Thanks.
It's not uncommon for there to be a difference between advertised and actual weight. It's possible Velotric weighed the bike without the battery and/or other components like fenders, etc., but we're not sure.
Quick question, I would like to know what the best e-bike is for a 6’2 guy, prefers 25-28 mph top speed, good quality, (for commuting a short distance)
@@scott5429 weird they never replied but I'd recommend this bike for sure. I'm 6'1 and weigh 280, this bike can fit someone up to 6'5 and holds up to 440 pounds. This bike is really freaking sturdy and is great for bigger or taller riders
Your testing is great, and I am a long-time subscriber to your channel. However, I wish you would stop being the speed police. I know as a fact most of us ebike owners like the throttle to go over 20 mph. Let us deal with the local regulations.
Thanks for watching! We welcome all the view points on the throttle matter, but we do want to mention it in our reviews since that is heavily enforced in some places and we want to make sure we're thoroughly covering the details in our review.
Velotric customer service is a contracted company and is terrible. They ship parts by the slowest service possible (FedEx Post) and do not give you the option of paying for a reasonable service such as regular FedEx. UPS or USPS. They refuse to let you speak with actual Velotric employees or management. Customer service takes two to three business days to respond to customers after the initial bike sale. I would suggest purchasing a different brand. As a customer, I found Velotric to be very arrogant and a bit dishonest and very disrespectful.

Thanks friend..impressed on that ride and bike.
It's a shame you didn't have the display showing the wattage output of the motor, otherwise, really appreciate the reviews
i been on mine for like a week now it throttles like 1250 watts maybe even more cant remember
I just bought a mango Nomad 1 + going to pick it up on Saturday I did a lot of research anyway you guys do a great evaluation on the products😂
Glad we could help! Thanks for watching.
Request regarding the Range and throttle test: Can you please always show a chart with all the other bikes tested so far ? Thank you.

Once it's set, it's done!

What's your budget?
@@ElectricBikeReport About 1500.
@@ElectricBikeReport I don’t really care what style of bike as long as it is comfortable for a 6’2 guy

@ Thanks a lot, would this be the only bike you would recommend?
Why do you always ride these bikes without raising the seat for a full lsg extension?
85lbs??? Not sure I could lift this into the car rack, way too heavy for me, anyways great review thanks
That's an unfortunate downside of most fat tire bikes, they're heavy. Thanks for watching though!
