The episode was insightful, but Pratik’s implications about Gujaratis being profit-minded, unethical, or having an “inferior culture” compared to West Bengal seemed unfair and overly simplistic. One could just as easily argue that Kolkata has gained a reputation for scam call centers or that some perceive the city to have a culture of laziness and unethical money-making practices, while Gujarat’s export-oriented economy requires higher ethical standards.
However, these differences aren't about cultural superiority or inferiority but rather about varying incentives and contexts that shape behaviors and values. I've noticed a growing trend of derogatory commentary on Gujarati culture and people. It's important to recognize that no culture is inherently better or worse; each has its unique strengths and challenges.

Hey Mr. Amit Verma, as a self-confessed libertarian do you agree with Zubair's demands for punishments for blasphemy ? I love hearing all POVs - the only exception being those that restrict freedom-of-speech itself (or advocate violence which is the same in a way).
PS:- I have unfollowed you after following TSATU from its very first episode (and occasionally supporting you) . Its a shame that you chose to stoop so low and abandon the defining principle of civilization itself. And sad because you were among the few voices that some on the other side (right-wing) liked to listen , even if with disagreement.

People hating on "zubair" and not "pratik" proves everything thats going on in india....
And maybe thats because pratik is not as bigoted as zubair? Maybe because pratik is not responsible for the several beheadings that took place during the whole nupur sharma saga? A poor presentation
When you select a person a minimum level of expression is a must despite trying very hard I was unable to swallow and complete the podcast not because of there viewpoints or leanings but because the expression was so stunted disjointed
There should be a minimum level of intellectual capacity before you feature someone
