The interior shots and some of the exteriors are of Bombardier BiLevel cars, same as are used in Toronto by GO Transit. The interior was immediately familiar. Weird to see palm trees outside those familiar windows though. 😀 Also, the trains are so short! Pre-covid, GO was running 10- and 12-car trains of these every 15 minutes all day on the Lakeshore Line…
I filmed this during rush hour where frequency was 10-20 minutes but only within a short time period - otherwise I would have to hang out at the train station all day :O Which I don't want to do!
Mon-Fri Every 30 min rush hour. Every hour midday and night. Service from 5:00am to 11:00pm. Weekends every hour all day. Weekend fare is a flat $5.00 for an all day pass with unlimited rides.
I rode Tri-Rail from Miami to Ft Lauderdale a couple years ago. From my downtown hotel, I took the MetroMover to MetroRail, MetroRail to Tri-Rail. A bit convoluted! Where does Amtrak connect with this system?
Currently, they have one line, but they're gonna have a second line pretty soon which will go to downtown Miami and connect with the Metrorail and Brightline
Love the revived F40s, I like the all-over dark blue too
I'm glad you USA/Canada are investing in rail. They also need to get more two and four track lines to move to an all day service in both directions.
Beautiful compilation

I love Tri-Rail's concept of having fewer train cars thus not reaching platform length limits imposed by state governments.
The longer platforms are for Amtrak trains.
No I mean how they have double decker trains to accommodate capacity.
I rode tri rail a few weeks ago! I was also onboard that set at 2:08!
I saw locomotive 811 in person!
I think the design is beautiful as well
Fantastic video my friend 🙋♂️
Interesting video. But it would be useful if you could give us some idea of the frequency of the service, Eg does this service run on Sundays?
Looks to be roughly hourly both ways. Not bad for a North American system. Beat the Tamar Valley Line and TER Bretagne.

Where does Amtrak connect with this system?
Amtrak serves quite a few tri rail stations. So it wouldn't be hard to find where to catch amtrak.
@@Qazwsxedc165 OK, which ones?
Amtrak connects at Hollywood, Ft.Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, West Palm Beach.
What are those inside?
I think you mean the supports for the bikes, don't you?
They're flat with no seats in a bluish colour.

Hi, can you please tell me which city in Canada have most trains?
Reminds me of MilleniumForce's video singing about being a cheese stick.
Rare blue trains
How many lines does Tri Rail have and from where to where?
1, from Miami Airport to Mangonia Park just north of West Palm Beach
Currently, they have one line, but they're gonna have a second line pretty soon which will go to downtown Miami and connect with the Metrorail and Brightline
The cab cars look like MP40PHIs.
Nah. Rotems look like the Modern CEM cabs we have in TO! The BL36PHs look more like a MP40/F59PHI to me.
Could you not simply get rid of the constant hooting and the blinking lights? Just cut it out.
awssome
Are these trains ugly.
How dare you disrespect my state's transportation
@@shanewalters2565 I stand by you with that statement don't disrespect us
These trains are a bit ugly... 😁
Ugly? How dare you disrespect my state's transportation
@@shanewalters2565 😀 Don't worry! Lots of French commuter trains are ugly too.
Only the Rotem cars are ugly. The rest are amazing. Imo
@@andrefourtier100 Alright, I respect that, lol
In my opinion the rotem and all of the cabs and locomotives are nice
