Just got to shove it in gently a couple times when it's new, don't force it or you might cause internal tears. After a while you can just pound your feet in them and they'll be a nice tight fit.

Even Eliud uses the Vapor flies regularly. Just famously used the alpha fly for the sub 2 hour, but let’s be fair he could’ve done that in any good shoe, the alpha fly is just a marketing stunt.
They are sitting in my closet because they’re horrible 😂 don’t even buy these if you have normal feet. These are meant for actual runners who weigh like 90lbs
Unbelievable, fast, pain free, durable running shoe but they are rather difficult to squeeze into especially wearing socks. The 2% are designed better with the laces placed at an angle which makes it a lot easier to slip your feet in.

In the running community we call these heels. Real runners hate running platform sneakers being made by a lot of companies now. They are called high heel ankle breakers aka career Enders. Go to any real running sneaker store. Real runners would never recommend these for running. Not even wearing because how dangerous they are to the ankles. But if you want to wear them for fashion and not do anything physical that might cause you to slip foot and ankle. They look coool though the colors and stuff just not a practical running sneaker. Most hokas are the same to. Platform ankle killers.
These are a gift from Heaven. Most comfortable and responsive shoe ever to me. I only use them for races though, they last longer than they vaporfly 3s or the adizero adios pros but they’re still not made to be used regularly.
Keep in mind when considering to buy these: I’d say if you tend to have wider feet the insoles may bend and give you bad arch blisters, a good way to solve the problem are insoles that are padded around the arch like saucony insoles

Absolutely not. In fact Nike makes some of the worst running shoes. Someone who has grew up running track and XC Nike shoes lack comfort and do not provide a natural feel in the toe box. Nike doesn’t care if your toes are jacked up after hundreds of miles of running. They care about sales. False advertisement.

Buy the best gear first before training. I've seen people with latest alpha fly running a 45min 5k.
I use them for walking and walk noticeably further than before, before tiring.
This is the only shoe that I can run in everyday without rest. No problems with knees or feet.
