I can't believe my favorite characters of my childhood MK times are actually here in one game after Armageddon! Kitana, Li Mei and Ashrah were always my favorites, and it's heartwarming to see them back.

This is probably my favorite reveal so far! It was nice to see Sareena's demon form and Ashrah. And as for Reptile, I wasn't always his biggest fan but, I like his design a lot in this game and will probably use him a fair bit. Hopefully the next reveal has Sindel because... where is she when her daughters were fighting Reptile?

Love that Ashrah was your main back in the 3D Era. Li Mei was one of mine so seeing them both back in an MK game as main roster kombatants warms my heart. Reptile was also my fav of the OG color ninjas. He looks PHENOMENAL!

I love that they made her demon and human, like she's human but still has her demon features
@ejdelrey Yup! That's how all the demons look now. Ashrah, Sareena and Quan Chi all have black eyes with unique skin graft markings over their bodies, it's a great design choice

Glad I'm not the only one that finds Reptile's lizard look to be oddly adorable lol. Reptile's always been one of my favorites and it's super cool that he's a good guy and being addressed by name now. It's also neat that they found a way to keep in both his forms. I've personally always preferred the more lizard-like look, but it's nice to see ninja reptile get more love. Plus they made him look like a full on lizard monster in his natural form which is super neat!
Plus I'm super happy for fans of the 3d era. It's nice to see those characters get another chance.

This brought all those memories back ain't it losty?!!(WE ALL HAVE SO MUCH LOVE TO YOU FOR ALL THOSE MEMORIES FOM THIS SIDE OF GAMER COMMUNITY BTW🤗🤗) When i saw this reaction, i also teared up a bit because videos like this bring all those childhood memories of 2008 when i played mk2 and mk4(reiko main) with my brother(all rounder) and sister(mk4 tanya main and quan chi main)🥺🥺and we played 1v1 matches literally on a single keyboard and all were button mashers those time🤓😆. I loved your reaction. I've been watching tons of these reactions as Reptile was my first MK character and has always been pushed to the side in these games. Was hoping to see the same excitement from other people and I just really enjoyed seeing how passionate you are for all of this especially for a character who hasn't gotten as much love in the videos I've seen so far. If you look closely in the trailer there was a point when Ashrah was wearing a hat probably as a disguise with the others, right before Reptile disappears, it's a nice callback to her original look.

If I remember right, the sword was called the Kriss at first, as that's the type of sword it is... I think, but Armageddon's bio for Ashrah said it was really called the Datusha. It's been a while, but if my memory is correct, that sword is not what it seems. I think it was connected to Nitara too, in some way.
That all could have been re-written for the new timeline, though.

I am shocked by how hot Reptile is, it really feels like every MK has just one ninja being inexplicably hot when they return. Smoke in MK9 (despite the goofy hair), Rain in MK11 and now Reptile. But his gameplay also seems super fun! I was so excited to see Havik and then Reptile sort of stole the limelight haha. But also really love Havik being back! Wish he had white eyes though! And Ashrah has the hat in storymode, so who knows it is also a costume option!

@@jbl01456she doesn't have her staff,Jade is using a normal bo staff while Tanya in this game is using a three-section staff ,both two completely diffentt fighting styles,Jade still can be on the roster but I doubt that ,I think this time she will be a dlc character

On why I personally find his lizard form cute, I think it's because it gives off "chonky pet iguana" vibes or something. Then again I've always found lizard Reptile to be oddly endearing tbh. Like, he's terrifying, but there's definitely a cute factor in there. Although maybe that's just my love for lizards talking.

I was typing up a comment about a disagreement I have respectfully with something you said but then I heard you almost tear up to the memories of playing Ashrah with your brother who seems is no longer with you and that was really heartfelt and sad. I’m sorry for your loss, that was a really sad moment 😢
Revealing the best version of Reptile we’ve ever had, Ashrah, Havik, & Sareena in the same trailer was insane. I’d do anything for Sareena to take up one of the last two unknown slots or KP2, that’s my favorite female especially now that she finally has her human and demon form 🔥 also, notice Ashrah has her hat in the scene where Reptile disappears & Quan Chi is behind him knocked out so he’s def in the story mode if his green skull wasn’t enough evident even though the trailer was trying to misguide us into thinking that Havik through that green skill 😂🤦🏻♂️
Since MK2 Kitana and Reptile are my main, I missed him in MK11 and now I'm so happy . My tag team is back and ready to kick some ass !
