Happy 16th Birthday, Zade! Newport's a fun place to go in Oregon. My daughter got married in Newport. We live along the Columbia River (north-eastern) part of Oregon. I didn't even know there was a river in Newport. You definitely hit the rainy season, where they only about 5 days with no rain in that part of Oregon 🤪 Did you notice all the moss on the trees? Pretty cool scenery over there. The western part of Oregon, from Portland to the coast and all along the coast is usually stormy. They don't even water their lawns in Portland, because of the rain. I'm glad you caught your fish on your 16th b-day!! And that was a respectable sized fish!
