Thank you for the video. This was the only source I found on the differences on the Pro. Do you know if there are other differences than Yiko and automatic re-mopping?
No worries. If you're referring to T30 vs T30 Pro, no that's pretty much it. I think it's only $50 difference, too. Not sure why anyone would opt for the T30. I reckon they will end up hard to come by.
@@motivatedtravel The Pro is not available in my market, ended up getting the T30 at a good discount. Navigation and door sill climbing is much worse than on our beat up old Roborock S5. The mops also seem to wet only after a considerable delay by which time the vacuum is almost done with the area already. Carpet detection is also hit and miss and can’t be trusted. Definitely not as capable and autonomous as I was hoping for, but manages with tidying preparations and occasional supervision. Would definitely go back to a newer flagship Xiaomi if they werent so expensive.
@@Antipico Hmmm... not so great by the sounds of it. Really appreciate you adding your thoughts into the conversation. I'm still waiting on a unit to arrive to see for myself, but that's not the ideal situation by the sounds of it.
Some companies, like Roborock, have their own detergent, but there's nothing special about it. They just like you to use thin detergents that don't foam much, as that can block the inside tubing. That is my understanding.
Does the T30 have an internal water tank? Since the dealbreaker for me was the T20 was being required to go back to the docking station to wet the mops.
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to experience the Dreame products yet, but I do get a lot of comments from people saying it's better value and just as good. Not sure if that helps?
Hi Chris. New sub here. Very informative video. I have a question you might help me with. I bought a DEEBOT t20 late last year. It didn’t work correctly. I contact DEEBOT warranty dept. They ask me to send it back to them. David their agent was absolutely brilliant. Kept me updated and eventually replaced the unit with a T30 omni pro. Brilliant robot. I use it every week and it’s the best I’ve seen yet. I still have the DEEBOT T20 station and I was wondering can I place that t20 station upstairs and pair my new T30 to it ? In short can I use my T 30 robot with its existing T30 station for downstairs and just bring the T30 robot upstairs and use it with the T20 station. ? How can I do this ? If I can at all. I appreciate any advice.
Thanks mate, I'm glad you like the video. This is a great question! I'd be surprised if there was a way to make this work given they only sell the robots with the stations (you don't have an option to just upgrade your robot and use the old station). I will shoot off an email and ask for you all the same. Glad to hear your warranty experience was so good, that's great info for other users, too.
Deebot has really good hardware, very reliable, I had Deebot 920, unfortunately at the time the Sofware was buggy, and robot was not that intelligent. So I went with Roborock S7. Hooked with them eversince!
@@motivatedtravel haha i watched it after I wrote this comment. Very detailed. Thank you. I'm leaning towards the T30 Pro. Unless you have other recommendations?
It does seem like there is an effort being made by companies to meet the cost of living crisis with cheaper retail. I've noticed this in a few categories. But yes, the X2 Omni should be cheaper you'd think. On paper, the T30 seems to have met the X2 Omni (where the T20 didn't)
So the Obstacle avoidance is no better on the T30 Pro than the standard T30..?
Yeah, it's almost the same machine.

Can we put little detergent in the water of t30 pro omni, there is detergent special made for robot vacuum cleaners ?

Yes, I believe it has a 50ml hot water container inside.
55mL here in Aus
Hi, I am getting T30 pro and Dreame L10 ultra with very minimal difference. Which one should I pick?
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to experience the Dreame products yet, but I do get a lot of comments from people saying it's better value and just as good. Not sure if that helps?

Just about to review the roborock S9 maxv ultra. Super keen to see how it goes.
@@motivatedtravelkeen to hear your comparison! Trying to decide between the two
@@jEisupes I've got the review up on the channel now. It's good, but certainly didn't blow me away.

Does anyone know why the T30 Omni is cheaper than the X2Omni even though the T30 is newer?

Low quality video. Could you leave this corridor?
Did the best I could with the setup they provided.
