its not about ballet paper, you can do rigging on EVM as well, because in india when people use EVM election result does not come on same day, they release results after few days and they can easily change results from that machine.

Incorrect. An unstable Pakistan means, many people calling themselves leaders and pulling in strings. That would mean 5-6 leaders to look out for, without knowledge who would flip out against us as opposed to right now when we know there's one general and his actions to look out for.
