Raising your X axis bar totally so your anti backlash screw is actually on your 2 90 degree bits on the wooden part then raise your Shaft Mounting Brackets up with your motor. This would mean raising your x axis drive bar plus motor and mounting brackets up above your x axis rails creating a straight line and eliminating all flexing. I know it's a pain to do but all the flexing will be gone use your white plastic sheet to make the new x axis mountings. hope this helps.

Little bit wobbly? That's an understatement.

this could have been much better afterwards!
assume it is already better but a corner angle could have improved everything at once!
Friendly and healthy greetings from the Netherlands

    Great video's m8 im a new sud
I would segest you raise the lead screw up so it drives your it directly and complty abolish the need for the wobbly plates
P.s you have enspired me to build one of these machines 👍

A Parkin Hi, I’m glad to inspire you 👍🏻 Yeah, thats one solution I was considering. Im also considering exstending the side of the gantry down to the lead screw and get the same solution. But Im not sure what Im going to do. Please send me some pictures of your machine 😀

Thin flat plate will allways flex. Why not make a small angle to the plate? Or even better, use a small square tube? Your nice Nema23 motors and leadscrews get gets completely lost in the flex of the bracet. I can cut with with 0.2 mm tolerance using simple GT2 belt. You should be able to do better with the right design. Btw, I love you small videos. What software do you use?

A sound design goes a long ways towards a working machine. Keep It Simple Silly.

    Thanks Mr Willy .
that's one solution or you could use one tick aluminum plate 8mm is enough or even mdf of 15mm

Mohamed Amine BIDA That is an even better solution Mohamed. I'm realy learning alot from this build and therefore I have a better foundation when I start building my next machine. As always, thanks for wathing, sir :)

They say that when renovating houses, the 3. house will be perfect. First house is full of mistakes. Second house will have some smaller mistakes. The third will be close to perfect. I bet its the same for DIY CNC :)

the screw needs to be as close to the guides as you can get it

GET RID OF YOUR SLIDES AND PUT LINEAR GUIDEWAYS IT IS MUCH BETTER

I think the best solution you can do is to delete this video. It shows you know about mechanics nothing. Worth way ever.
