Thank you for all the beautiful nails which give me inspiration & education for my continuing journey of making beautiful nails for myself. I would love to understand why a lot of the designs you apply a matte top coat while building the layers. Why matte instead of glossy if that's what you'll end with? Is that a personal preference, a way to use something that would otherwise go to waste, or does it serve a purpose I'm unaware of? Thank you in advance to anyone who can give me insight & understanding on this step.

Very good question! I use matte top coat first so the chrome powder doesn’t stick to it! Thanks for watching🙏🏽😊
