My cousin used to raise sheep and he had a couple of terminally ill ones come along that had to be separated from the herd because they couldn't keep up physically. He kept them in his yard and let them live out their lives as comfortably as possible. During that time they bonded beautifully with the dogs and cats and my Auntie who doted on them. They were as happy as a could be for the little time they lived.

Nothing wrong with tail docking if done humanely. It's done primarily for sanitary reasons.

Hopefully it has other lambs to play with. They're very social animals and would be very lonely without other sheep to flock with.

I have never seen a 4 month old lamb that small. The one in the video is very young.
They grow fast. A lamb 4 months old and this might probably has something wrong with it.
This lamb is only around a week old as you can see where its umbilical cord was if you look carefully.
