I have two of them. Broke both tire holders. Broke one steering wheel column. Mirror came off. Air intake filter broke. Still love them. These were a major purchase for me. The kids still ask if it's jeep driving time. Plus they get up and go.

No major major breaks for me yet.. except the sprocket bolts. Easy fix and back on the road

The mirrors look like they came with the Jeep. I wish I had the money to get one of these things. These are freaking awesome looking. People could use these as a golf cart a utility Jeep. Make a little trailer for it you can haul wood stones dirt tree limbs branches grass clippings you name it. That's what I would get it for if I couldn't drive it on the street. I'd get my son something like this so he has something to drive and something to do. When he was 18 years old he was diagnosed with brain cancer so now he needs a walker to get around. Getting one of these would be very very awesome for him. He can't do much of anything else but exercise to try to get back to normal. I'm thinking this would help him get some exercise getting him outside more etc. Awesome video keep them coming.😊

Castle nuts are typically not meant to be gorilla tightened (torqued on), the cotter (split) pin holds them in place. And there is a reason why it is not necessarily a bad thing that those sprocket bolts sheared off, it is a kind of failsafe like shear pins on tractor PTO attachments.

The jeep works wonderful do to the fact that you keep up with the maintenance, that's something that everyone harldy ever do.. is the same thing with a car that you drive everyday. " maintenance "

I have broken two rear axles in the 6 months I have owned mine. I am having regrets on getting a mini jeep. It has a lot of problems with sucking dirt into the carburetor too. I have had nothing but trouble with mine. It's a shame too because it's really fun to ride around on, and it cost me 2000 bucks. Oh well live and learn I guess. The last axle I installed only lasted 3 weeks and it snapped. If the clutch starts slipping a lot it's probably getting ready to snap the rear axle. I have put mine to the test and I am telling you these mini jeeps are not good for adults. Keep in mind mine is a rear engine. Maybe the front engine ones are better. I don't know. Mine is also an Xpro.

A nice touch that lets you drive it on the street legally is the addition of the "SLOW MOVING VEHICLE ORANGE TRIANGLE..... I have one on my hoveround mobility chair! ... so I don't need to travel on the bumpy rail road tracks you call the side walks! .... A cop stopped me once and told me to get on the side walk! ..... I said to him I am legal to travel on the streets just like a farm tractor! .... he looked it up and said your good to go but try not to get hit.

good info! thanks for giving your insight on this. I'm seriously thinking of getting one! If i got one i would make it electric. I'll put a 5000 watt motor, not geared, with a lithium pack. I would keep the speed low and torque super high. Cant risk getting thrown off the jeep at high speed. I would try to reinforce the areas you pointed out. Your 541 miles is a durability test and you've noted the weakest components.

The coolster has the Roll cage, Chain Guard, full foot panel. The massimo looks just like a first gen army jeep and supposidly very soundly built. no chain guard, worthless bar around seat and seat is a dumb config. The X-pro is a rear engine, no chain guard, has foot panel, better functional mirrors, turn signals on the steering column. Engine wise they all seem to be on par. Cost all about the same. tough decision

You normally put an idler/tensioner on the idle side of the chain. In this case, that’s the bottom of the chain, not the top.

Hi, I really enjoy your videos and had hoped I would see one addressing my problem. I did send you this in a comment, but I am sure you have not seen it yet, so here goes.
I have an identical one to yours, only red. I cannot get it started after it sits overnight. I followed your cold start procedure, but still nothing. If I give it one shot of starting fluid through the air filter, it pops right off and runs and restarts beautifully the rest of the day. Let it sit overnight and the same no start issue. I have made sure the valves on the tank line and the line to the diaphragm fuel pump were open. I even tried playing with the fuel pump position, as you had mentioned. I keep the battery on a tender as suggested. However, another issue that may or may not be related is that when I turn the key, there is a significant lag before the starter kicks in. It always does, but it gives that dead battery feeling, even though I know it is fully charged.
    I would appreciate any thoughts.

Hello there! First time watcher here and éf GH subscribed! As the owner of a golf cart, a real nice one. That is called a Tomberlan SS Coupe that’s fantastic for an electric 48volt cart. I have a couple questions. How fast does it go? Do you go through the three speeds as you go? Or one at a time only? The engine used is a direct clone of the Honda ST 125, with the three speed automatic. I’m wondering if it’s possible to use a XL 125, that looks just like it, but has a 4 speed manual, with real clutch and a big bore kit setup? Or would that just tear it up? Is it plenty quick enough already? Good luck have fun and stay safe and healthy!

    • @Projects815

Sell drugs and you’ll have the money in no time

    • @andrew4403
      @andrew4403 ปีที่แล้ว

Yes sir you are right Go out and start mowing lawns I did it as a kid. I made some good money doing that. Put every little penny back and you'd be able to get one of these. Maybe if you show your parents that you're working hard and saving your money they might help you pay for one. Maybe they'll go halfers never know it's worth a try. Just work your butt off mowing lawns like I did. Also I would get old mowers from clients clean them up fix them up get them running and sell them for 70 80 bucks a mower. If they don't sell when I put them out in the yard my son puts them on Facebook. That's how I get him to help. Just get out there and Mow as many lawns as you can.😅 And before you know it you'll have to decide if you want to make that a little business for yourself. Because in time more people ask if you can do their lawns and it just keeps adding up. And then if you work on your own mowers you don't have to fork the money out for someone else to fix them. And you sell someone a mower ask them for their old mower fix that up and then sell that one to somebody. If you're anything like me once you see the money rolling in and you're saving it and then you count up your savings you're going to want to keep doing it. Plus I think you'd enjoy it. Sorry for rambling on thanks for listening. God bless you and your whole family.😊😊

Hey brother from Idaho here! Subscribed to you as well! I just bought one 2 months ago and for some reason after we do a good drive she’ll leak a little oil? Do you by chance have an idea?

    • @Projects815

Mine is still leaking lol.. the typical culprit on our mini Jeeps is the jack shaft seal. They are either made very cheaply or installed too fast and they damage them.

  • @OU-tn4nt

By any chance did you buy the 125cc Mini Jeep from venom Motorsports Canada 🇨🇦 or US. Did you put the speedometer on yourself or did it come with the jeep ? If you put it on yourself could you let me know where you got it from in your reply please. Thanks brother. The one I got with the jeep that I purchased looks totally different and they are trying to tell me that it's a tachometer when it clearly states kms on it as in Canada we are kph rather than MPH. Any information that you could provide me would be greatly appreciated brother. Thank you. PS I'm looking at the factory Speedometer that came with your Mini Jeep and I feel that I got ripped off and it's not like the jeep was cheap.
