I've been maining this kid since 64 and regardless of all the new characters he's still one of the most fun to play as. still It's weird people don't use PSI magnet for multi hits more often. It's strong enough to interrupt joker with Arson And just hold it down and watch Pichu try and approach. It's hilarious😂

Actually is a mid tier but if you are skilled with ness it can go from mid to s it really depends of how you use it
