I did IELTS for the first time and the band I had could’ve been used today but at the time, it wasn’t useable.
My former employer supported me and other internationally-trained nurses with an online OET tuition and also paid for it. I passed very well on only one attempt.
Never be scared to switch to OET when IELTS fails you. As a nurse, OET made more sense to me than IELTS. Good luck to anyone who’s still trying.

Please I have band 8 in IELTS and I am now done with my national service do you think I should use this carer process or wait. To write the CBT. I'm yet to have a staff Id to buy clearance and I learnt it is impossible to register the CBT without the clearance.

Hello i know I'm late but my question is I'm working in UK sicnce june 2022 , as a senior carer but I'm working in a residential home and my manager is not registered with NMC so can i write OSCE and can get NMC pin?

I think working as a senior carer and studying for preregistration BSc Nursing top-up to be registered with NMC UK is better instead of going through all the stress involved in writing OET,CBT, and OSCE. Or what do you think Nanelle

Hello….the video is great but the Zimbabwean nurses council refuses and has been refusing nurses to migrate to uk and other countries. So they have been refusing to give us verification letters or certificate of good standing that is required by the nmc to become a registered nurse. My question is there a way to become registered with nmc, are there any other proof to submit so that they approve your registration because our Zimbabwean health minister even president are trying to stop us from migrating abroad. I have been doing dom care for two years now but I can’t register because the government is refusing to give us certificate of goodstanding letters to everyone as well

This is crazy especially coming to the UK to work as a nurse and then after the osce, nmc tells you, they cant give you your pin to work as a nurse because you have midwifery certificate. I cant wait to tell my story
