This is a very complicated subject and I'm glad to see these videos .
    it really helps
my surgery consultation is really soon
so this is really going to help.
My surgeon team works at Foster and crane and I think they're going to help me with paperwork
    at least I hope so.
from the way the receptionist talks.
but it's nice to have this video is this backup♡

Hi, the clinical policy or criteria for my insurance company isn't on your site, so I am going to call them, but was wondering if it matters if my policy is self-funded or actual insurance as mentioned in the first video? I have to call about that as well, as it's not clear in my benefits booklet.

In the case of Mtf the best way I personally can think of to fight having to have a letter for top surgery at least for the surgon purposes is to fight it with If women do not have to provide a letter than it is descrimination to make a MtF have to have one.

My doc has asked me to read the wpath information. But honestly I struggle with reading anything more than a paragraph. Thanks for making these topics more accesible.

I've never hated my country more than after watching these videos. In Sweden trans people just go and get surgery and it's free. We have to be experts on health insurance and be rich in order to not hate ourselves.

I've lived in Sweden and gender affirming surgery isn't easy there either. Even though it might be cheaper or even free, the wait lines for trans care are insanely long. I know people who've waited for like 5 years for and still don't know when they're getting surgery. I hate when people make it look like the Nordic countries are a paradise even though it sucks there too
