Actually I thought that the second presentation was the better one. The roulade was perfect. Maybe you could rethink the garnish if you're not happy with the dish but if I were served either presentation, I'd be delighted. Thanks again

I honestly can’t stand these videos with no narration and just subtitles. Have the input from the chef is why we just don’t read a recipe and instead watch a video. Don’t waste my time
