Yes. But part of singing comes from the stomach. So that is why she could still hit a note like that. Even though i don't recommend it (coming from a singers perspective) Taylor is absolutely awesome, for being able too perform, while feeling unwell and sick. She is a great performer.

i remembered after a year with an acting cca that one time during our rehearsal before a performance, i used my voice and shouted a lot because we were practising without mics so i overexerted my voice. Then the next morning, my throat hurts sm and i was so close to losing my voice like my mouth was moving but there were barely any words coming out of it 😂
I knew you were trouble at the iheart festival while she had the throat issue is one of the best IKYWT performance.

When I saw her on the Red Tour in Nashville she was sick and i actually loved the way it made her voice sound!!! It kinda raspy and almost sultry, especially when she sang All Too Well.
