Hey everyone, today we're doing a transmutation guide for mods! Transmutation is very simple and a very easy way to get free platinum. In this video I show you exactly how much platinum you can earn using 700k credits. I go over the different types of mods you can transmute. Those would be common, uncommon, rare, requiem, peculiar, amalgam, and finally riven mods. Transmutation cores remove cost and change polarity. All in all transmutation is easy. The chances you make tons of platinum isn't the highest, but the credit investment is pretty low so you can easily profit 50-100 platinum per 1 million credits.

also sabot rounds when it was still worth it and the profittaker mods in general were pretty good to sell, archwing mods too
Both are very useful for gunblades keep a copy and sell the rest
pear shaped same. Way more powerful and shoots more often if you know how to use it right

A bunch of stances 1 condition overload 1 focus aim for arch
And 1 bullet dance

You melt them to aquire other random mods
Fuses 4 undying wills, gets an undying will back.
Transmutation is the best way to get archwing mods since that mode is the one you are least likely to play that much.

Biggest problem with this is that Heart of Deimos made nearly all the old 'rare' rare mods only worth at max 10 plat.
Went through my mod list to sell stuff, the only things that were worth any plat were prime mods, mods that only drop from gaululyst/hydrolyst, mods that only drop from kubrows, lua spy, bursas, nightmare, and nightwave.
Even corrupted mods have plummeted down to like 10-15 plat. Things like acolyte mods and condition overload went down with Deimos too.
Corrupted mods have always been 20p at the very most unless you're selling the big ones maxed, and condition overload's been dropping steadily. It was 50 at minimum when I joined two years ago. Now I feel fucking jipped when it just sells for like 20 if I'm lucky.

I'm just surprised to see a youtube video on warframe where the content creator has almost as little of the currencies as I do. Like, ~1,000 more endo, 1 less plat, and about as many credits.

According to the wiki, you could also get stuff like Condition Overload from transmutation as well, so Bullet Dance isn’t the only high roll you can get.
condition overload is worth shit sice daimos
I REALLY suggest using filters for this (show only rare mods, and dont show maxed mods) its way easier to pick them up for transmutation.
Also running index with nekros is really good for transmuting since index is a source of both credits and trash expendable rare mods.

Note that mods with 10 ranks if maxed out can net a pretty decent price if you are desperate. But you should only max them in response to finding a WTB listing offering a sum you are willing to go for. I usually even message the listing owner first and make sure they even still want it first and only max the mod right before going in to trade it.

I got Blade Dance first run when I was clearing nodes on Void and I thought it was useless until my friend told me.
Transmuting may seem like an easy process but as we all know, getting that crispy gold mod in our favor is always random. That bullet dance luck is literally one in a million lol. I was gonna recommend farming corrupted mods but the easiest way for newer players to make plat is either selling relics or prime junk.

@@eifenarg9874, Not the kind of luck everyone gets. It can honestly be any mod, like even Growing Power or Primed Chamber. Like what are the odds of those? It's all RNG.
pretty decent guide on the topic, although platinum wise its not that great generally - you would need to have a credit booster and mod drop chance booster for it to be worth your time and that in itself costs a lot of time.
if you really want to try your luck with this I'd reccomend you farm credits w/ booster on index its not only great for credits but you can get a lot of rare mods that are good for transmuting
if you find yourself running out of rare mods before credits get a mod drop chance booster and farm some steel essence with a group, not only will this get a ridiculous amount of mods but you will get steel essence for kuva and a ton of other random resources which you can feed to the helminth.

Should have used transmutation cores. I bought 4 V from simaris and got 2 "bite" mods from doing it. Got one - polarity core and transmuted a "sabot rounds" first try

If you have stacks of vaulted relic you can make like 6 relic for 30p-40p
Ive got sabot rounds, vital sense, dual rounds, tempo royale, berserker fury, and a lot of stances from transmuting index mods. As long as you have credits, going into index with booster or no booster makes this easy (if mod drop chance boosters exist, i swear they did)

Is the chance of getting a rare when transmuting 4 rares really 50%? I probably have less than 20 transmutes done but I haven't gotten anything that wasn't a trick mag or fast hands yet

I don't think you can make a lot of plat with this but you actually got a lot of Parazon mods and i barely have any of them so i will try my luck mybe i get some of the Parazon mods too

To get more easy the bullet dance stance, ypu can run sabotage missions on the void and look for the hidden chest, you open the 3 and you get the chance to get it, i got mine pretty easy like tha

I think people underestimate how much platinum people can make by selling their "junk".
Everyone is just looking at getting their Paris handle and thinking, eh garbage shit, but even if it sells for 2-3 plats, it is still 2-3 plats. Multiply by the amount of junk item you have, you can still make some few plats fairly easily. It will takes time to trades but eventually it is still better than getting nothing.
Same goes for the mods . He didn't included the mods that cost less than 10 plats but for someone who really needs plats, it is still something. Maybe stuff like "seekers" only cost 5p but if you need 20 plats for your warframe slot, have 4 "seeker" mod and find 4 player buying the mod for 5 plat each, well congrats you just got your free warframe slot.
Exactly it takes more time, but you also getting there not just "super fast"... which is fine, better than not having anything at all.
But man ok for Paris ect but for poeple who play a lot through years wait until part arz unvaul is the best way
Agree, my dude. It has always been my way to farm plat. Some are like "ew, trash junk, dont get a decent p" etc. It's still ducat at least. More ducats, grab duplicates from baro, sell em after weeks, ez plat. Even if it's only 2 or 3p, it's still way better than nth. If u can get like 10 of those, boom a warframe slot. Im on console, completely f2p and i have dozens of frames, weapons and a tennogen syandana. I sometimes feel bad for completely f2p, so gotta spend a little in the next pack. Some ppl underestimate small plats.

Sabot rounds and Bullet dance mods are best ones to get out of transmutation,they cost like 50p each
Yeah I already had a bullet dance, transmuted like 900 gold mods got maybe 3 rare (expensive) mods, that including Bite, and 2 bullet dances
I have question about trading when i farm something where should i sell it or what should i do bc in trade chat the only thing i see ppl trade is reiven mods and i want to farm like prime part and mod and when i see trade chat no one looking for my stuff so what and where should i sell my stuff?

I've never gone exactly by what the market says. Volcanic Edge and Vicious Frost are both like 5pl there, I sold 1 copy of each last night for 100pl.
I remember getting 2 bullet dances in a row 1st time i tried this. My luck ran out after that .xd
It took me two years to get my first bullet dance. So many runs in Marduk.

people often sell parts cheaper on warframe.market then whole sets. I made alot of platinum with buying parts for the braton vandal very cheap and selling the set for around 40/50 platinum more then I payed for the parts. It also works the other way around with some things.

I use a range and duration Khora build with energy dash on my operator. Use a weapon that can kill enemies with ease, I use status Gas/Magnetic Tonbo build with CO and high range.
Just dash to get energy, grab energy from nearby, put ult done away but close to your bank and kill enemies who are stuck, don't pick any up since it lowers your health and drains energy, wait until allies turn it in or there is so many to grab yourself and operator dash to the enemy bank. Rinse and repeat. The main issue is the Bursas, they can really mess up your day.
Khora is good for index, but I prefer Vauban. He keeps enemies in the ground e Redeemer kills easily. Oh, and enemie radar to know what mobs is dead. For me, this is the greatest combination
@@thiagoaraujo3640 Sounds good, but I'd probably want Vauban Prime which I believe spiked in price, of course, you could always get the original but it's difficult to do so, considering you won't want to throw any formas into it until you get the prime version.

@@thiagoaraujo3640 Not acquiring them is tough, it's that mind restriction of putting so much into a warframe that already has a prime version seems like a waste. Both a potato and maybe some formas dumps to make him properly usable. I put 5 formas on Ivara and the prime version was released like 7 months ago and it makes me feel like I wasted those formas if I get the prime version. It's odd to explain...
I do Khora(For vacuum) with Redeemer, Vazarin, and Lockdown with Magnus Cloud. Dash an enemy so you lock them down and you get damage immunity. Then just redeemer it. Bonus if you have someone afk and you get all the spawns. Doing 100 points in 3-5m is easy.
The ending is the bestt lol

Its not a bad way to earn a few potatoes worth of plat every few months when you've let all the junk rare's build up. Probably gotten 10 each of condition overload, dual rounds, and sabot rounds over the last year or so doing this. And those are usually an easy 30-50p per mod, although CO might be cheaper now that it drops on Deimos at a much higher rate than it did elsewhere (at least in my experience)
If you need plat why not just look at mods that you already posses? Duplicates can be sold. Some times event common mods worth 10+ plat. Like gladiator might

I'm new and I"m kind of confused as to why you would want to transmute mods for platinum. In more simple terms, why would you sacrifice 4 rare mods for a chance at only 1 rare mod? Perhaps you're only sacrificing rare mods that are worth 0 platinum, and trying to turn that into at least something?

Good way to get rare mods and credits is to do the index. Winning gives you a bunch of credits and the enimes only drop index point and rare mods

Use requiem relics for traces and then use those traces on normal relics. 10 p each requiem mod, prime junk regular prices. It adds up fast
Archgun mods are arguably easier to get this way instead of playing archwing missions lol, great for getting you PTO game up to speed.

how do you actually sell mods?
Open chat with L2 button if playing with controller and scroll left or right until you get to the two arrows circling each other and you see a lot of players saying wts or wtb which stands for Want to Sell or Want to Buy. If you want sell you write WTS and then the item in brackets so it creates the link to the item

6:15 just build a macro do it automatic ,AutoHotkey is great option, I use to farme lich relic automatic with banshe on mart defense,I just press a key and she start to spam 4 and using void dash Avery 30 second or so.
I don’t think your spreadsheet is accurate. I did 20 transmutations all rare to test it and every single one was common.
