My interpretation of the lyrics are Sukuna sarcastically mocking Itadori. Kung Gnu confirmed that this is a villain song, just didn't confirm which villain because it also sounds like Geto talking to Gojo, or Mahito to Itadori.
I think it's more about Mahito to Itadori. Like, the way it mocks Itadori so deeply kinda reminds me more of Shibuya Mahito than it does Sukuna. Like, Sukuna himself tortured Itadori with the mass murder and all, but Mahito did it on a way more personal level, and this song feels like the singer is on very intimate terms with the listener
