Osteoporosis decreased bone density. Also a predisposing factor. Bone will breakdown more easily. Calculus is a high rise building for bacteria

I would say that D is false because although the ring finger rests against the middle finger as depicted in “B” it really is not placed on the handle at all because it is your fulcrum finger. When I scale only my thumb index and middle finger rest on the handle.

Yup, that’s the more obvious reason for D being false

Hi, Claire. In the last example you used the terminology "systemic condition" in the question. The intent of the language was not clear to me. All of the responses except for tobacco use are examples of the traditional use of the term "condition." As all options are risk factors, my response would have been that tobacco use is the exception because tobacco consumption is not a "systemic condition" in the way the others are even though it has systemic consequences. Any advice for people who think like I do and have a different understanding of language for questions like these because I find myself going in circles sometimes.
I would think the way we are calling tobacco use a systemic condition here would be similar to saying sugar consumption is a systemic condition. They are habits that affect the system, but they are not conditions in the traditional sense.

I agree. Tobacco use is not a systemic condition.. and therefore this would have been my answer as well.

C is false also , the instrument should rest on the side of the middle finger next to the nail bed not the pad of the middle finger
