Thank you for this tutorial. The tiktok videos were just dragging us along for months without actually posting a full tutorial. Just teasing more steps.
@@Arikui_123 I understand your difficulty now. Vague measurements in a foreign system can be confusing. Yes, 60 cm should be plenty for "A couple feet".
Hola Saludos de Mazatlán,Sinaloa, me gustaría que estuviera doblado al español ,no le entiendo ni papas me facinaria entenderle pero no se ingles que en encanto para hacer las cosas muy hermosas las pulseras gracias
Hey PP, excellent design! I consider it better than the ones that have been around for a while and are based on the original Aztec Sun Bar. Your tweaks make the results more aesthetically pleasing and more robust (no daisy centers popping out). And as usual your tutorial was very well done. Cheers, Murray
Hello, how can I not let the knot slide, in practice when I tighten the two green cables a little more, the knot tightens, since I don't want to make the daisies too big, I tighten a little more. Thanks
How long was the white one? And the yellow and white are gutted out but green isnt correct? Need length of white you side green and yellow but not white
I used 10 ft of of paracord, yet I can only make just about 6 daisy's which isn't enough to fit me. What am I doing wrong? i feel like I pull the paracod quite tightly too
Have spent literally hours today trying to follow your instructions and cannot get past the 3 minute mark, at 3:30 the last 2 petal loops end up green instead of white, makes no sense to me 😭
This looks so much better than the Aztec Sun Bar, nice modifications! Gonna see if I can follow this with thinner cord for more of a friendship bracelet size =) I'd worry about the security of the tiny toggle not though, the ends don't look long enough
I tried watching a tutorial with much thinner cord and it was so hard to follow. I am so glad I found this video because now I can easily see what is happening!
Here are the ones that we sell. For 550 cord, you will want the largest diameter of needle. Often labelled a "Type 3" fid. www.paracordplanet.com/tools/needles/
Hello P2 your daisy tutorials are very easy to understand and to make. Looking forward for more of such tutorials. I want to know the needle you used to insert the yellow thread from where did you buy it please help send me the link. Thankyou
Wool? Well... Use a type of yarn that isn't too lofty so its knots don't turn out smaller than the diameter of the uncompressed string. So you are looking for rather stiff materials like jute, hemp, flax/linen... or the kind of cords used for kumihimo. Maybe satin lace might also work here, depending on the knot design. Paracord is a woven/round braided tube lining center cord. You'd want to mimick its noodly character in other materials of choice.
Yes, a buckle works well with this design and it extends the usage of the device to a number of other applications like a collar or strap or band that requires a tighter fastening mechanism. So at the beginning of the work, after you have made the top loop, simply feed the loop into either side of the buckle and loop it over to form a cow's hitch . Here is a photo from an older design (this PP design being much better) but the loop section is the same. drive.google.com/file/d/1AhfikpccW3w2RC5xDLfhyEM1y5GKCwqX/view?usp=sharing For the other side of the buckle, I have found 2 good options. 1. When you are making your last flower and weaving the last loops with your white cord, just feed them through the buckle before putting them through the last opening in the cord. drive.google.com/file/d/1ixmR_fwf1GpvF65Da_dCjzM0l_AxgE4G/view?usp=sharing 2. The other option is to take the loose green ends after the weaving is complete and feed then through the buckle leaving approx 1/2 inch of slack. Then make 2 Cobra knots to lock down the buckle, cut and melt. Cheers, Murray
This is so , so so beautiful 😍 😍😍 😍😍 😍❤️ oh my gosh, so beautiful , you are incredible. What a talent. I am definitely going to make it. Thank you so much Sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌹. 😍😍😍🤗
Yes, it will work well for a halter or noseband or collar etc. I would recommend you use a more rigid fastener like a buckle as presented below to Teresa. The other suggestion I have is to make the product a little bit longer and immerse it in boiling water for 30 seconds and let it air dry overnight. This action will shrink the band / bracelet linearly by just over 6%. Shrinking it will stiffen the structure making it more durable and give it an element of slightly more stiffness / firmness so it will be more appropriate for an animal harness. The shrinkage process with boiling water will mean that the device will never shrink any further if it gets wet and you can wash it with gentle soap and it will not experience any shrinking or color shifting. One final note: Make sure you know the nature of the paracord you are buying. The products from USA manufacturers do not experience color bleed. My very 1st purchase of paracord had been sourced from an offshore manufacturer and every single color except white bled the colors out when immersed in water and my designs that had multiple colors quickly became an ugly mess, Cheers, Murray
Nope! In the video we did not use coreless paracord. It DOES end up being a pretty bulky bracelet. I should note, too, that some brands of paracord are stiffer than others.
Your step-by-step video tutorial is very easy to follow. I managed to make my first paracord lanyard with a combination of the beautiful daisies and cobra weave. Thanks a lot. I have subscribed to PP and will follow all your videos.
Hi! The string we use is called "paracord". The standard size is known as "550 paracord" or "Type III paracord." You can find links in this video's description.
We totally understand. Cord length can also vary based on wrist size. If not a couple feet of green, how much did you end up using? We'd love to include a note in the video description. ✌️
Made this bracelet this morning, turned out great, thanks...
Excellent tutorial! Thank you so very much!

Neat bracelet. What are the recommended lengths for the different colors?
We put it right at the beginning of the video for you so you can easily follow along. 😊 Good luck!
how long is 'a couple feet' in cm?
@@Arikui_123 60.96 cm according to Google.

"how to make that viral Daisy.." this video is from a year ago. Well I didn't get the memo but I'm here for it now!!
Don't feel bad, I'm 2 years behind on this one

I'm wanting to make this but much longer. How much paracord do you need for 1 inch of finished product?

Thanks, that's high praise!
I wanna make this pattern for a dog collar but I'd like the daisy double that size... suggestions ?🤔
Nice tutorial, Many Thanks.
I do love the way you explain slowly thank you for sharing
Awesome! I love your work of art. Thankyou
Hi, what kind of paracord did you use? And how wide the bracelet came out?
I started to make cat collars out of paracord and this is perfect because I have a cat named daisy
Very nice best of luck working sir
Thats so cool
Nice and thanks for sharing this video
Tq... Easy to understand n its very beautiful
what type of supplies are you using? I have the incorrect supplies and it is frustrating. can it be ordered on amazon
How to make with a buckle please ?
Adding that to our list of future video ideas! 🌼
My wife LOVES daisies. Was this all 550? I'm going to modify it to put a buckle on it too...
Thanks for sharing 👍 😊
Working a variation of this to make bigger flowers … almost done with it .. will send to you
We'd love to see it!

EXCELLENT !
Great tutorial!
Could I use shoe strings 🤔
love your videos easy to follow , you do nice work!
Thank you so much!
Love it
What is the size of the cord you have used?
How long was the white one? And the yellow and white are gutted out but green isnt correct? Need length of white you side green and yellow but not white
How do you make the right side i can not get it to look like the left. White goes over or under??
how long is the bracelet at the end? congratulations is beautiful
Could this be made into a hair bow?
Yeah, great idea. I suggest using rubber cord, at least for the green part. And using a different connector.
Sooo beautiful ❤❤

where can we obtain the needle you are using on the yellow cord?

Instead of getting all these things wasting money we get it in stores...we can buy it and gift😂😂
I would do this, but I don't have any white or yellow paracord, and just colors that don't go very good together
Que medida tiene cada cordón?
Excelent....👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤙🏻
Size of the treads and what kinda treads we use?
I'm trying to make a horse browband with this pattern that is about 15 1/2 inches how much of each cord would I need
Best way to estimate is by making 1 inch of the design and then multiplying the cord used by however long you want your finished weave to be.
Thanks
@@ParacordPlanet i was looking for some kind of formula! This is helpful
Just found you and have to say your tutorials ROCK! Tic Tokyo is crap if you're trying to learn a new pattern. Thanks for all the great info.
God, I love the casual racism of Karens. Absolutely shameless even when not on Facebook.
Beautiful kinda looks like Hawaiian Plumeria flowers !!!!
How many cm do you start with??
So nice ♥
This is very approximate, but: 275cm of white, 90cm green, 60cm of yellow.
a knot can be created with a buckle if yes, how to do it?
Great job
Thank you

Does the chord need to be gutted? mine feels thick and has gaps in it
Nope! In the video we did not use coreless paracord. It DOES end up being a pretty bulky bracelet. I should note, too, that some brands of paracord are stiffer than others.
How much paracord is needed for a 7" wrist?
Would this work with a smaller size paracord?
It should! Sometimes the knots will look and tighten a little differently, depending on how stiff that size of paracord is.
The paracord I tried using was too stiff kept wanting to fall appt as I was putting it together

What are it's materials, Sir?
How many feet of white
What type of paracord did you use?
In this video we used 550 (aka Type III) paracord.
How would you make it with clips
Es hermoso y todos son grandes maestros, Muchas gracias!

Hi may i know what is the length needed for each colour of parachord?
Hi, approximate cord usage is this: 8-10ft of white, 3ft of green, and 2ft of yellow.
Is there an accompanying .pdf?
We DON'T have a PDF of this one. Great suggestion though! We'll think about making one.

8 daisies in and I'm about to run out of green cord and too much white cord. I would appreciate more accurate measurements.
