Thank you for the insight, i am 37 yrs old have ketu on my ascendant in Virgo. Till now i was running behind people and society to give me acceptance and recognition. Suddenly eith keyu transiting my ascendant i loving being ony own, i have started doing yoga and small meditation. I am just loving it. Cant go back to the gym again. Yoga and spending time in nature has changed my life for the better.

Ketu in 1st house Aries ascendant. I usually can't keep up with hobbies. I start an activity/hobby and stick with it for 1-2 months and then drop it. The one thing I have been consistent with is ....cutting vegetables everyday. 😅 I know it seems simple but I feel it is because of Ketu I lose interest in hobbies quickly. Maybe. This is so significant that my family goes like "you are not gonna see the end of this hobby anyway why do you want to bother"?!? Do you think yoga is a good form of exercise for weight loss ? I went to gym multiple times in past 10yrs but never stuck with it for long. I have been trying to medidate. It feels like a chore and I can't stick with it too but since you suggested it , i will keep trying. Jupiter MahaDasha and Ketu AntarDasha going start from Aug '24. I dont know if what to expect!
Yes, physical exercise is mandatory, if Yoga is what works for you then do that. If you aren't passionate about meditation yet, then don't force yourself. Why don't you do Nama Japa of your favourite deity mentally in a loop. For example "Shiva, Shiva" or "Hanuman, Hanuman"

My son is pisces ASC. Ketu 1st Pisces ASC. Jupiter 6th, Moon/Mars 8th, Venus/Sat 9th, Sun 10th, Merc 11th. He has Autism. I’m hoping speech will come slowly but surely given the Saturn aspect to Merc.
Hi Suzy, try reciting the "Saraswati Beeja Mantra" into a glass of water daily, starting on a Wed morning, and giving it to your son to drink. I hope things improve with time. If you have no devotion towards Hindu Deities you can try the throat chakra Beeja instead "Ham" - validate the pronunciation before proceeding. If you notice any improvements after some time you can continue otherwise you can retire the remedy. Unfortunately I can not consider the natal chart in detail due to time restrictions but I hope this helps.

If your sun is not in the 7th House; then it will get a boost. Your sun will give both results; that of a strong sun and that of debilitation. Think of it as a Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga.
Do you use whole sign houses (ascendant sign is first house fully) or equal houses (ascendant degree is the start of the first house and could include portion of the sign after the ascendant sign)

This question is assuming a utilitarian view to life. This is a modern perspective. Things don't need utility to be worth engaging. It's a separate matter that Astrology has various practical applications.

Ketu in 1st house Aries ascendant. I usually can't keep up with hobbies. I start an activity/hobby and stick with it for 1-2 months and then drop it. The one thing I have been consistent with is ....cutting vegetables everyday. 😅 I know it seems simple but I feel it is because of Ketu I lose interest in hobbies quickly. Maybe.
This is so significant that my family goes like "you are not gonna see the end of this hobby anyway why do you want to bother"?!?

Yes, physical exercise is mandatory, if Yoga is what works for you then do that. If you aren't passionate about meditation yet, then don't force yourself. Why don't you do Nama Japa of your favourite deity mentally in a loop. For example "Shiva, Shiva" or "Hanuman, Hanuman"

My son is pisces ASC. Ketu 1st Pisces ASC. Jupiter 6th, Moon/Mars 8th, Venus/Sat 9th, Sun 10th, Merc 11th. He has Autism. I’m hoping speech will come slowly but surely given the Saturn aspect to Merc.
Hi Suzy, try reciting the "Saraswati Beeja Mantra" into a glass of water daily, starting on a Wed morning, and giving it to your son to drink. I hope things improve with time. If you have no devotion towards Hindu Deities you can try the throat chakra Beeja instead "Ham" - validate the pronunciation before proceeding. If you notice any improvements after some time you can continue otherwise you can retire the remedy. Unfortunately I can not consider the natal chart in detail due to time restrictions but I hope this helps.
