Akira, definitely, because SEGA never focused on the character side of those games anyway. Ryu... I know hindsight is 2020 and all, but Ryu’s had some development on his side over the years if you pay attention to the SF lore. Still, Kyo definitely stands tall above them in terms of development.

They already are. I heard that Demitri from Darkstalkers and Krizalid from KOF99 are gonna be playable this time. I haven't heard a conformation date just yet but i hope that it will be very soon at some point this year. xD

Kyo lost his own style after XIII. He was a guy who had a heavy voice along with "Leon" hair before rework. Now we have a bandboi with some emo hairstyle. To be honest he really looks like K-pop artists in KoF XIV
