It's not a doll!!! 😂 He's the premium action figure. No matter the era, G.I.Joe is there. ❤
The Cobra BAT and Water Moccasin with Copperhead were by far my favorite toys in all of GI Joe.
I love how Dr. Mindbender was an orthodontist. Kids hated going to the dentist and getting braces 😂
Greatest action figure toy line of all time!
I still remember getting my first gi Joe's in the early 80s. I had Rambo, gi Joe's, transformers, he man etc. My parents got me a knight rider peddle car and I wore the wheels off. 80s toys were the best by far.
Thanks, Reagan.
Great documentary!
I'm so happy that GI-Joe is back! Especially with the Classified line. I remember getting the first figures in 82' and 83'.
By 87' I had out grown action figures.
I can't believe you were able to squeeze so much inventory into 2.5 hours. Awesome!
You have my full support and if I ever win a lotto I would buy you your own factory to make them. But until then I can only buy tones of cool action figures
Thanks for such a great clip so many greast images/pics, love the background music as well
This was epically awesome- thanks for putting it together! I really loved the Slaughter Daughter special touch! And I've seen a Star Wars custom Jawa Sandcrawler & it looks awesome! My cousin had tons of GI Joe, including the Defiant set which was our go to play set. I haven't talked to him in years, but he still had his toys somewhere.
Great video Ken. I've watched all the individuals, but I listened to this super supersized one while driving around for work. Love these toy history videos!

Thx for the comment! Indeed we shall circle back to the 1990s at some point. Take care!
This was a great stream! Except for that stand-alone Zap, from 83, I didn't collect Joes heavily till 85 to 90. Eel was my first Cobra. The Hydro Sled was my first vehicle. Lots of great memories!
A masterpiece putting together all your episodes. Watching it in parts. Excellent work Ken. Yo Joe
The SGT Slaughter section was primo
1978 or 1979 we had O ring Buck Rogers figures with swivel arm battle grip, :)
Nice Doc!!! Well done, Dude
I grew up whiching this cartoon as a kid
Love this video and now I can comment from my cell on another account. Your inspiration for delta 17 brought back that feeling of when I was younger rushing to the store to buy Delta17 figures instead of GIJoes. lol super excited to see what comes next and please do a kickstarter to get stuff rolling faster.
I appreciate your comments and dedication to both the vintage Joes and the Delta-17 brand.
Well you don’t have a conflict of interest you just have tone of action figure interests. lol 😂 so always talk about Delta17 those figures are fantastic. They sparked my excitement for these figures even more because I could go to the local collectable store to buy them. I hope one day soon Walmart will pick up the line.
@@JoePal-c3n I have to admit, when I saw your video that you found them at Cobra Collectibles, it made me and Steve super happy to see a fellow collector walk into a store and pick them up.
This brought back memories of this toy line from back in the day indeed🙂👍🏻👍🏻.
10:00 ZAAAAP! THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND!
Really wish you would continue with 1990-94. There’s still some good stuff during those years. At the very least you would have the most comprehensive GI Joe toy video on all of TH-cam.
The 90s will be covered at some point. But if they'd been included here, we'd end up with an over 4 hour video and it may crash my editing app, lol.
@@ToyKennections awesome. Looking forward to it! I just discovered the channel and I’m really enjoying the full toy line recaps.
@@jamesbrooks5391 much appreciated! May take a while to get to 90s Joes as I'm a bit burnt out. But it'll happen 🤞
Hcc788!!! Awesome video
the joe movie was released at the granville cinemas in the summer of 87 fyi.
Yeah, but for the most part it was direct to home video as it wasn't a mass cinema release.
We called version one, the broken thumb line.
Great job. That was. B. A
I get to give you two likes one from my cell and one from my computer and HCC &88 was on WOJM
@@ToyKennections I know your busy but he was on there, it was nice to see him doing well
@@ToyKennections you inspired me to get something I wanted to get for a long time it's an Action force vehicle I wanted, even before It's Chad talked about it, but once it comes I will make a video in the next week or two
@@gijoeactionfigures7211 yup. I sas HCC a few weeks ago at Joefest and he was in great spirits! Chad has some great international items. I asked him for some pricing advice during last year's show.
@@ToyKennections we need to locate some of those UK collectible stores directly and then we could get better prices for the action force vehicles cause you inspired me to get something but it has not arrived yet as well as I ordered the fresh retro tower and a few more displays
being a mega cut, shoulda turned this into a drinking game...every time you say gi joe ya drink! lol jk jk
Awesome video what do still need for your GIJoe collection for vehicles so I can a few for my give away and maybe your name will get drawn for one. But not until end of August or end of September when I get enough items to give away cause I want many people to win something I will have to pay to ship to everyone that wins. lol but I want to give back to everyone that watches and enjoys my vids and loves GIJoe.
I actually lost my list for what I still need so I sorta just buy stuff sporadically now. I recently got a few UK Palitoy releases when I was at Joefest.
Sweet I was going to order some awhile back but then the prices kept going up. You could take a black vamp and make it into the rare sears one 😎 I was thinking about it
Did you know the Chinese made a grenade sniper rifle. lol I was thinking of Hardballs grenade launcher. You need one for the Delta 17 line. Plus it was also in the Predator movie
OK is it me or did we never get an African American cobra figure in the original line?
I was there from the beginning with the kingfu grip. And the original 13 was boring. This is why snake Eyes was the breakout fig in the group. GI Joe became popular when the soldiers became non-military conforming people.
I'm seeing CANADIAN flags on your vehicles. NO NO NO!
1982!
I was 10 years old, and had all these G.I. JOE Action Figures.
What a great time to be a kid, I miss those days..
