I was so happy to see that Freddie finally found the true love that he had searched for, my only wish is that they had many more years together. I think of Freddie often and watch these videos over and over, and of course listen to the fantastic songs by Queen. If you've read the books.. from other authors the "love" doesnt show so unconditionally between them. I dont really believe Freddie truly loved him, it was more of an affection and need for somene to stick with him during the last period of his life. He could be very mean to Jim and totally disregard and disrespect him.

Jim found the handwritten lyrics for "How can I go on" in his old suitcase, it must have been Freddie who put it there for him.Freddie once asked Jim what Jim would do when Freddie had died and Jim answered I don´t think I can handle it.When I read the book I could understand if Freddie was worried about Jim and encouraged him to sometimes go out and see his friends. I suppose Freddie felt Jim needed more than friends, he needed help from above too.
