If you are in a decent part of the country finally why don't you go over towards Ingleton and look at some of the caves, I recommend Yordas cave...no special kit needed other than a coat, maybe wellies and a good torch. There's Great Douk too not so far away and pub car parks so no excuse for not popping in them for something to eat. Let me know if you want a pin drop or more for Yordas.

Not much of a commenter but we have just watched all your videos over the past few days and we are loving them! We have a caravan at the moment but are getting ready to get a van, which means extending our driveway! We have picked up so many things from your videos and are excited to start our journey! We have just purchased tickets for the Sunday for the international campervan show so we can get some inspiration for our van! Hopefully get to see you guys! Nice drive from Clitheroe to Lancaster, we do it a few times a year. M6 upto Morecambe Bay (I presume was your destination with all that sand) and home through the trough.
