Grandma was born during WW1 into a large family in the Midlands and moved to Leeds as a teenager. As bombs fell during WW2, she was a nurse. Later, she was to become a pastor's wife, mother and widow. Throughout these different stages of life, she says one thing remained constant- the Spirit assuring her that she was a child of God (Romans 8:16).
